Used to be the Franklin Park but is actually Westfield now. Still a great mall with a full theater and accommodating food court. A good selection of stores and booths. Will upload a photo in the future.

Always a pleasure to visit. Many vendors and resident stores. Nice atmosphere. Always well-positioned sanitary staff and guards. Variety of indoor and outdoor parking. Well appointed restroom facilities. Many convenient entrances. Children's play area with seasonal and promotional events. Well-designed layout. Well-maintained.

Great atmosphere, large indoor walking areas with plenty of stores for everyone. There's a nice big food court with a lot of options and seating galore with a nice fireplace in the center. There are a few nicer/casual restaurants around as well as the movie theater and plenty of businesses in the same parking lot.

We spent all of our time at Penney's. The store was in good order and they had plenty of checkout stands, so the wait time wasn't bad. The prices were very good for this time of year.

The parking lot is a bit narrow with people EVERYWHERE. Otherwise feels safe and clean with many great shops including an Apple store. Food court has lots of options and is always clean and well lit. It’s often busy here but once inside isn’t difficult to navigate through crowds. Lots of space for people to move around.

It's a mall. Same anchor stores as all of the other malls in every other city. It's never really busy unless you go around the holidays. Like every other mall in America. It is an easy way to kill time when you have nothing else to do and there are some cute specialty stores for unique gift ideas. I grew up when Southwyck was the go to mall so that will always be the one I think of when people say let's go to the mall

Nice place to do some shopping for pretty much anything. Also good for getting a good walk in. Nice, friendly atmosphere with plenty to do. Definently worth five stars.

Excellent mall, all indoors, and has plenty of eating and restaurant options. Also has an Apple store on site ad well as a great multiplex movie theatre.

It's your standard mall. The only one you can get to on a bus if you have no car. From the mall out to Westgate it's very busy. Just no downtown. The mall is pretty lively, the Nestle cafe is good just not a good idea to have it in the middle of the corridor. Sometimes the security guards can get a little too protective as you sit on a bench waiting for a friend in one of the shops.

Many different choices for food, but some that don't really get the business that they need. The restrooms for the women need to be better marked/identified. They have one for families marked to the left of entering the area, and way to the right is the regular women's bathroom.

It was pretty good. The Dave and Buster's next to it made my entire trip. The food at the mall was mall food, decent but overpriced. The atmosphere was good especially for Toledo and was hard to find a table. GOOD PIZZA WAS GOOD.

Great place. They have an Apple Store, Kay and other jewelry stores, a beautiful eatery and a one of a kind movie experience. Tuesday's I think have the morning matinee where the movies are super cheap.

We go here from time to time either to shop, dine or check out a movie - or all three. It's a nice mall with a good selection of stores and places to eat. I am so happy they have imposed the curfew there as I feel like it makes it much more enjoyable to go later in the day and note feel like there's a lot of disrespectful young people running around. The parking situation can be a bit frustrating at times with how busy the place can get. Now with Dave and Busters open, I can only imagine how crazy it makes that section of the parking lot. If you're going, just remember your patience because you'll need it when navigating the parking lot.

Frequent this establishment a lot nowadays. Great place to walk and wander, enjoy movies, but if you frequent the food court a lot then you won't like it as much. I am so happy that they brought in a hibachi and sushi grill! Yes a million times over! I love it!
