The only thing better than the quality of the Lily Ann Cabinets we ordered was the customer service! We just placed our second order with them. From help with the design, choosing the right cabinets and delivering what they promise, they are an awesome company. We have recommended them to several people we know and they have all been pleased as well.

I was very nervous to order kitchen cabinets online without ever seeing this product in person. Not disappointed whatsoever! Very High Quality!! Instructions for assembly could be better. Videos did help and good common sense will be sufficient to do the job. Easy to order by providing them my drawing and measurements. Totally Satisfied!

I have purchased cabinets from Lily Ann twice and both times had Johnny Kuntz helping me plan my layouts. The quality of the cabinets are top notch and the service I have received from Johnny is exceptional. The design software that they have is an incredible tool to help visualize the cabinet plans and double check size and placement. I have a third kitchen project coming up and Lily Ann is my go to for cabinets.

We are very pleased with our new kitchen cabinets from Lily Ann. We got quotes from 2 different home improvement big box stores and the price quotes there were 2 and 3 times higher than the price with Lily Ann. If you're afraid of ordering kitchen cabinets online, don't be. We worked with Chuck extensively and he was able to give us everything we wanted based on the measurements we provided and our kitchen wish list. Everyone at the company was quick to respond to questions and concerns and they kept us well informed about order status and delivery dates. Oh, and by the way, our kitchen looks beautiful!

Sales rep Johnny Kuntz provided exemplary customer service, stepping up to make good on a damaged shipment. He assured me right away he'd be there to help and see things through. He owned the issues and worked with the claims dept. to expedite a new shipment. Kudos to claim department to get a new shipment out so soon, and for keeping me posted. Customer service doesn't get better than this.

Our contractor highly recommended Lily Ann Cabinets for their high quality and affordable price. The cost is even more reasonable when you consider that it includes full design service & top-notch customer service. We worked with Johnny Kuntz; he helped us design a great layout for our space and recommended designs we hadn't even considered (we priced the same design with a larger national brand and the quote was more than double Lily Ann!). The cabinets arrive flat packed but are easy to put together. They're made of high quality materials with standard soft close features and drawers made with dovetail construction. They look great too. A couple of items did arrive with some minor damage but Lily Ann got us replacements quickly and with no hassle. Overall I'm very pleased with the product and our experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Friendly people for the most part. The one girl working customer service had a pretty obnoxious voice, but not much you can do about that I guess. I'd go insane having to listen to her all day. The designer we had was great and took the time to make sure everything was measure correctly, BUT, the product is pretty cheap. Sure, it looks great since it's new, but the way the cabinets were assembled in their show room were terrible! Also, so that others know, the stuff there is all made overseas, so I'd also be a little worried at how sustainable the product is in the first place. The Chinese LOVE to get what they can at the cheapest rate not caring about the environment whatsoever. I'll be looking to a local supplier from here on out.

Wonder experience. A couple of my cabinet were a little damaged when arrived, due to trucking company. Contacted Lily Ann and they were great to deal with. Shipped out my replacement cabinets immediately. My salesman Johnny Kuntz was great to work with. I would definitely order from them again. The cabinets are very well made with dove tail joints. The cabinets are very easy to assemble.

I flip houses for a living, and Lily Ann has always come through for me. Randy is helpful with suggestions for my kitchen and bath designs and puts together a CAD drawing for me to share with my contractor. The cabinets are well-made and the best value I've seen for the price. I personally prefer the cabinet lines with the soft-close doors, but have used both depending on the price level of the house I'm working on. On occasion will have an incorrect item shipped but they are responsive and get the correct items out quickly. I would recommend Lily Ann for investors, contractors or the average homeowner.

As an installer for Lily Ann Cabinets, I have found their cabinets to be of the highest quality.
I've installed many brand name cabinets for many companies and home owners over the last 30 years.
Lily Ann cabinets are made entirely of real wood, as apposed to particle board or other composite materials.
They are extremely easy to assemble, which saves time and money.
They are durable and long lasting and have beautiful color and finish.
I've been recommending Lily Ann cabinets to everyone and anyone looking for cabinets to install in their new home, or, when looking to remodel.
I like them so much, I recommended them to my own parents when they were remodeling.
They took my advise, purchased and installed their Lily Ann Cabinets and couldn't be happier with the cabinets and installation.
