I bought a boat from Chris at the boat show 2 years ago. His knowledge about the boats he was selling was amazing. I could also tell he genuinely wanted to sell me a boat and cared about my wife and my needs in a boat.
A year later I had an issue with the boat. I called just to get a recommendation on how to get if fixed as I am 4 hours away from him up at Houghton Lake. Without hesitation he offered to pick the boat and do the warranty repair and return the boat with no cost to me. I guess their first year guarantee isn't just show. I could not be happier with my Crest Pontoon, Devils Lake Water Sports or Chris. I will for sure be back for my next boat and have sent several friends to them for pontoons.

Devils lake water sports is always there for me. The whole team is always willing to serve me with my needs.
I’ve been working with Chris for 14 years now and weather I need anything from a new boat, to helping my oldest learn how to wakeboard, chris is always willing to go out of his way to help me!
There needs to be more companies willing to service theirs customers like this company does!

So I bought a boat through them about 4 years ago and I am just about to pay the last payment on it and it reminded me I never left them a review so here goes: I bought the boat (a 1996 sea ray outboard) used from them right at NADA value. They even threw in some dock ropes and an anchor after the sale was signed without me asking.When we had taken the boat out for a test drive we actually ran out of gas because the needle has never been quite accurate. (1/8" tank equals empty) and the salesman was apologetic and his demeanor really made the sale. I could see it was a genuine accident and he was genuinely sorry. I am so glad that test drive did not scare me away. I went to my CU, got the check, and the deal was done in less than 24 hours. They mailed all the sale documents to me as promised. I have had the boat for four solid summers of tubing, fishing, and sandbars with not one issue. I bump the key and that baby purrs. It was my first boat and I couldn't have had a better experience. I will be coming back when (if) I finally decide to upgrade.

They've made a customer for life out of me. I bought a 2003 pontoon from them and the motor suddenly stopped running and wouldn't start on our third trip out. It was about 8 days over the 30 day warranty so I thought I was up a creek without a paddle. The keyway had broke and they fixed it free of charge. The process to purchase my used boat was very smooth as well. Their showroom is large and we'll stocked. The service crew is friendly and knowledgeable.

Management truly cares about the new boat owners. GREAT staff and sooo friendly. We bought our pontoon there and have it serviced and stored here. NEVER have had any problems. LOVE DEVIL'S LAKE WATER SPORTS MARINA. Thanks Mike and Kristie for being great.
