I had an appointment scheduled for a 4-wheel alignment @ 10:00 a.m. got there at 9:55 and was out by 10:40. What a great experience! Friendly staff! Will definitely come again in the future
It's true. Customer service is great. Rates are reasonable. Quality service.
I have always received awesome service here. They are honest, friendly , and very personable. They stand by their work and their prices are beyond fair. This is the only place I take my car for service.
Just return from having my daughter's Toyota Hylander's flat tire repaired. Was very impressed with the customer service attention received from Susan and the prompt tire repair done. Was completed within a hour & their customer service lounge was very comfortable and well designed. Would highly recommend this business without any hesitation!!!
We went to Liberty tire and we're told all our tires we're bad right before a big move. They wanted $200 a tire and said at least two must be changed. We shopped around and walmart messed up on our last day here. We were recommended Jesup Tire Inc. and they REPAIRED ONE tire for $18. And said all the rest were good. Thanks to them for being an honest business and saving us time and money on a big move across country! And no thanks to Liberty who made us wait 2 hours to tell us the couldn't even do the alignment. And thanks to God for leading the way.
My experience with Liberty Tire was excellent. My car had to be towed there and both young ladies up front that I spoke to were so helpful, so friendly and it was nice to talk on the phone and ask questions and not feel like a nuissance. They fixed my car same day and called me before working on it. They were sure to give me call backs as well, which is hard to find these days. Will go back when I need more work done.
I use them a lot on my old truck, good work. Prices are high on some things. They do offer coupons and discounts. Only used them once so far on my new truck.
After almost $1,000 gone my front brakes are still making noises upon braking and my A/C wasn't fixed. I only gave 1 star because Mr.Russ did say he tried his best trying to pinpoint the problem I was assured the 2nd repair would work but it didn't so go figure.
They did recommend me to take car to the Ford dealership which will be well over $1,000 wow it sucks because I have a newborn with no A/C until I can afford to get it fixed.
I drive over 500 miles a week. I buy my tires, have my front end alignment and all of my oil changes done by these guys. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional with reasonable prices and great service.
Best place for routine service, tires, brakes and anything I've ever needed. I even had my windshield wiper motor repaired there. I've been going there over 12 years.
Great service and trust means a lot.
Thank y'all!!!
This place is terrible at standing behind the work and service they provide. If I could give them less I would. Just had my studs and lug nuts changed and they put the wrong ones on. Because of this I can no longer use the factory wheel that came with my vehicle with out getting the studs and lug nuts replaced. I talked to the lady at the front desk about it this morning and she talk to someone in the back that made the decision that although they are not the correct ones, they are the ones the parts company provided and that is not their fault and if I was to purchase the correct ones from the dealer, I would have to pay again. So I guess it is my fault for them replacing a part that does not match what they removed from my vehicle. It is my fault for taking my vehicle back there after I had a prior issues with their customer service a year ago. Never again will I use this place that I know charges 100% mark up for parts they get from local shops and refuse to stand behind the work they do. Very sad and dissatisfied with the service. My prior visit was not good either. You can read for yourself.
Over a year ago I had an issue with Liberty after they had repaired my vehicle. My truck was involved in a wreck and I informed them at the time of the estimate that I needed the old parts back so the insurance company can look at them to determine if the damage to hub assemble was caused by the impact or just worn out over time. I had both sides replaced and when I picked up my truck they were not able to find the part I needed for the insurance company, however they could find the side that I decided to have replaced. This caused an issue since I was not able to show the difference in the parts. After talking with the manager, it was clear that they believed that throwing the parts away after I had requested them was not their responsibility. I was very upset about their lack of concern and their simply "I am sorry" answer. I thought I would never take any of my vehicles there again.
