Friendly and intelligent salespeople. Everyone made me feel like family and I got an incredible deal. Definitely going back and sending everyone else here, too.

I had a genuinely terrible experience here. I arrived for an appointment to pick up a rental that should have taken 20 minutes but was there for over three hours. No one knew I was coming, my car wasn't ready, the battery was dead. When I was finally seen, the lady who helped me couldn't even apologize without saying it wasn't her fault because she didn't know I was there which did nothing to make me feel better after coming in super early and making me over and hour late for work.

I revisited this dealership and had a 100% better experience. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The agent who helped me was sweet and helpful and really great to talk to. Definitely allowed me to forgive my initial visit.

I purchased a vehicle here that was an hour away at another Vaden dealership where I originally first drove the vehicle (and where I actually live). I was told that I would get a better deal if I went through the dealership in hinesville instead of savannah and they would just have the vehicle transferred down and do everything to it to insure it is in fact (Nissan certified).

I get the car, at a terrible rate than what I could have gotten it at. First, the vehicle had over an additional 600 miles on it than what I originally signed for purchasewhwn I first received it, Second the vehicle's suspension was and still is loose, and the trunk needed to be reprogrammed because it goes up and comes straight back down.

After not even having this vehicle a full week, I call my sales man and explain the problems and issues. He assures me they can be taken care of. 2 days pass I hear nothing back, so I call the vaden dealership here in Savannah where I currently reside and explain the issues I am having and inform him nothing was done to this vehicle to stand by the certified warranty. The manager gets my info says he wI'll call me back. Instead I get a call from the salesman in hinesville stating I am not allowed to have my car serviced here in Savannah because I called fussing about the car so now I would have to drive an hour away specifically to the vaden dealership in hinesville in order to have any maintenance or service request concerns satisfied.

I take off work that upcoming Tuesday to drive down first thing in the morning showing up at 8 am to have these issues and concerns addressed and corrected. Only to be told, they wouldn't be able to fit me in that day. So I accepted a scheduled visit for the Thursday in that week. Again, expressed my concerns about the suspension that needs to be replaced, all of the fluids that need to be flushed and refilled, and thetrunck door that needed reprogramming.

They put me in a loaner, for almost 2 weeks I don't hear anything back from them what so ever. I constantly call repetitiously in order to get some sort of up date on this vehicle I just made a majored investment in on the 29th of October 2017. Finally a service man calls back and says there was no problem with the suspension, and this will make this noise because if that, blah blah blah. All I heard was "I'm sorry, but we are not capable of doing our job thoroughly and with the capability of integrity". I then told the gentleman "let me come pick up that vehicle and take it to another Nissan dealership to ensure these oversights are there that shouldn't be and I will be even more disappointed than what I already am". He says yes sir, we will look over it again. They call back 2 days later and say there was an issue in the transmission and a part needed to be replaced and that was the noise I felt and heard. I say ok and just go with it to see if it's a true honest gesture.

I get a call from the lady in service around noon and says it will be ready for pick up in 5 minutes. Finally drive an hour down to hinesville yesterday to pick up this vehicle I just purchased and I check the back lift gate and notice it's still not reprogrammed. Hey copied of all the paper work of all these services they performed thinking "other than the lift gate, all the majors stuff is taken care of". WRONG I'm driving on the interstate and start feeling and hearing the loose click in the front loose suspensions just as begore, but this time its a bit more noticible especially when i make it back to savannah. I had no mext date oil sticker just as before as well. There were an additional 53 miles put on the vehicle and almost a half a tank of gas missing.

Needless to say, I purchased a vehicle that had and has not been brought up to "certified standards" and this vehicle has been sitting in hinesville ga being used for inpravticle purposes and major issues and concerns were not addressed as assured by both the general manager Brandon and the service manager. I feel utterly humiliated and taken advantage of just for a sale.

The salesman called me a while back asking about my post saying they were crooks. So I'm going to explain it a little better. My car broke down and I had no way to work so I went to get a car. They took advantage of my situation and long story short I ended up with a $500 car payment for a $17000 car. This price was higher than they told me it would be. I remember them having to fix something in the contract and after that the price changed and I didn't catch the updated payment. That was on me for not re-reading the contract. It does show that they are sneaky and have no respect for their customers or disabled veterans.

I went in on July 26th for an oil change and to get my tires rotated. Each was free thanks to the free services I got from purchasing my Nissan Rogue at the beginning of 2017. I called in to confirm my appointment and was asked if I wanted to change my air filter also, which is recommended once you reach 15,000 miles on your car. The charge was supposed to be $75, but they gave me a $15 discount for it being my first time. Everyone was very sweet and I only had a 20 minute wait, which was amazing! I love being apart of the Nissan family, and I am so happy that I have a dealership close by. I would suggest everyone to check this place out when looking for your next new car.

Parking is horrible. Other than that. Staff is very friendly and helpful and willing to work with you! Casey was my salesman and he is super friendly and patient, not at all pushy.

I had a wonderful experience at Vaden Nissan. The customer service from beginning to the end was amazing. I never felt pushed to buy. It's a very relaxing environment. My son really enjoyed their play area while we waited. Bryan was our salesman and he made us feel very comfortable. I would recommend everyone to go there if they were looking for a car
