Needed a portable waste tank for my fiver, and they had one in stock at 40% less than Camping World. Looked around the small store, they were very well stocked with the necessary stuff, all well priced. Super friendly and helpful staff. I'll go back when in the region.

My wife and I are in the "discover and investigate" stage of the "RV World." We took a road trip to Ellis Travel Trailers, Inc. this past Friday in response to the great reviews posted here. Upon arrival, I went inside, introduced myself to the gentlemen in the office and basically let them know we were looking into the possibility of entering the RV world. One was an older man, the other appeared to be in his teens. Anyway, they were very courteous, laid back, informative and accommodating. They suggested we take our time, look around and see what we liked at our leisure. We looked over their inventory and found a couple of units that really grabbed our attention. As we were leaving, I had the opportunity to meet Mike Ellis and talk with him for a few minutes. I assured him that when the time comes we will be back. This was a much, much better experience than the one I had a couple of weeks ago at what will remain an unnamed RV place of business. Bottom line, if you're considering an RV, go see Ellis Travel Trailers, Inc. And, no, I am not receiving any compensation for this post. They're just really good, down to earth people and, in my opinion, deserve a chance to earn your business.

Robert Collins did a outstanding job on my RV. He did a complete reseal of my entire RV. After the complete reseal of my RV, I have not had any more water leak issues. He is more knowledgeable in the area of RV expertise and can explain things to you in layman's terms. You may find that he is a very busy man, and that is a good thing. He is very wanted for his talent and experience from all over America. So, please be patient with him and you will receive the best work. He has so much passion and pride with his work. When I watched him get into the project, it was like a artist getting into a masterpiece of enjoyment and pleasure. He truly loves what he does, and I strongly encourage you seek him out.
I bought my RV at another RV place (I don't want to give them any credit or advertisement), and truly wish I would have bought one from Ellis Travel Trailers.

Just a fabulous experience. Great deal, very fair trade, so friendly and the customer service during and after the sale is a lost art that this family owned business has honed to a diamond. I gave a great deal of thought before I put this rating out on the web because it takes during and after the sale to give an accurate rating. It has now been a month and I can truly say without conviction that the quality, service and price come with a friendly smile, this should be a proud family owned business.
