The shop is by far the worst shop I have ever been to. They damage a $2100 rim and would not own up to it. The owner has no Integrity what so ever!! . The technician that worked on my bike is definitely dishonest. I would never ever use the shop again!! I have never in my life been treated like this from any business. This shop definitely has no integrity whatsoever.
Update: (top paragraph, original is the bottom)
You’ve stated I’m not a customer, silly thing is I’ve been there. And bought gear from next door at the Suzuki/Polaris or whatever set of brands the neighboring dealership carries. Your inventory was thinner than some sort of addict and if I recollect there was even a lack of acknowledgement to a customer’s presence.
So if you have a bike more expensive than what’s in the showroom, they may damage it and refuse to own up to the problem.
The machinery they’re using is either antique or the operators are poorly trained. I’d hate to say they’re lazy or don’t care for other’s property. But that may be the case judging by the rim damage on this bike.

I’ve been in this shop, spoke with them a few times about getting parts or having service done. So thanks for throwing my name on your post as not being a customer. I chose not to do business with this disappointing shop for a reason. Let me know what corporate sends you in the mail and you have to rethink your horrible business practices.
Pretty disappointing when a business thinks it’s fine to carelessly work on bikes, and damage them while performing a simple maintenance task. Imagine what they’re doing on everything else. I’m sure Kawasaki USA will love hearing about this!
Hello my name is David H. I'm writing this review with no intentions of bashing the business but rather see the business change. I'm a business owner who resides in Savannah ga, but occasionally I volunteer with a group called "Show and Grow". We mentor young adolescents who has problems/ run-Ins with the law and mentor them to change. This group I mentor is also a charitable network and sponsored by GSU as well.
On December 16th 2017. After a flag football session with the group, some of the professors and I discussed on how we would like to purchase a few off road motorcycles (dirt bikes) for the boys to learn how to ride on. Luckily there's a Kawasaki store near Statesboro. So after the meeting I went there to try and get a quote on 6 new dirt bikes. As I entered I was greeted and asked of my intentions, I started to speak and a few of the kids who I was taking home (which I advise to stay in the truck, but they wanted to see the motorcycles) came in. The salesman quickly walked off and had a urepulsive look on his face when he glanced back. I thought to myself maybe is have some kind of stomach pains. So I proceeded to look around. When I turn the corner I heard the same sales man tell another person who also works there " they aren't buying anything, just a bunch of hood rats".
I coughed and he turned around to be shocked that I was standing there. I just replied "thank you have a nice day" and left the premises.
Given I had just left a session of football and a white T-shirt and shorts wasn't the best appearance, but judging the kids that I was with is uncalled for and remarks like that is uncalled for. I'm writing this review right after I just PAID in full for 6 Yamaha dirtbikes over the internet.
Management needs to correct this matter, and I should have read the reviews before I evens stepped foot in this place.
Legitimately the worst place I’ve ever been to! Owner doesn’t man up to THEIR mistakes! I wouldn’t give them any business what so ever! I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you are needing some work done!
These boys will work with you on about anything related to a Kawasaki. I brought my KLX 250S in on the Friday before Hurricane Irma with about 30 minutes to close. My electricals weren't working properly. They had me out the door and on my way in no time. Most shops wouldn't have even let me in that late. I also called them a few days later about some replacement parts for my bike. They asked me what all I needed and called me back shortly with all of my prices, options, and arrival time of the few that weren't in stock. They know bikes, they're serious about helping their customers.
I will continue to use these guys for all of my Kawasaki parts and service needs, and I'd recommend you do the same.
Best motorcycle dealership around
VERY good service and customer care..awesome service..!!!
