Jenna and Eric were so patient with me and the issue with my Focus. Jenna, especially, is always honest and straightforward as it pertains to my vehicle. She goes above and beyond to make things right. The Maple Heights Service department is top notch!

The sales staff at Liberty Ford is absolutely out of this world good. As someone who has been in sales for over 15 years, I know an excellent sales team when I see one, and these guys are absolutely top notch. From the individualized videos that they made and sent me of the vehicles I was looking at to the extremely hard work they put in to get me the most competitive deal, I was extremely satisfied.
I need to specifically give Lorenzo and Cassandra credit for all of their hard work! If you are looking for a Ford, make sure to talk to these two to get a fantastic deal done!response / report this review -

Ron at Liberty Ford Body Shop in Maple Hts did an outstanding job restoring our 1995 Ford Crown Victoria. Our car needed a little work as it only had 35,000 miles. Now it looks like it is brand new. My Dad and Father-in-law were Ford employees at Brookpark. We cherish this car and what it represents to our family. Earlier we had mechanical repairs by Don Lincoln at Solon Liberty. Great job Liberty.

The entire experience with Liberty Ford was excellent from start to finish. The team made certain all my needs were met and made the process smooth as possible. I was referred by a family member and was not disappointed and now I will be referring others to Liberty Ford in Maple heights. My sales person Arana is the best and I will certainly be purchasing my next car from him.

Bought a beautiful used car here. The sales department is great!
Unfortunately, the service department is quite abrasive and disappointing.
The night I drove my car home I noticed a rough idle. The car was clicking and shaking. When I took it back to the dealership the next day, the service guy kept telling me nothing was wrong with my car and that the sound was "normal" until I pointed to the sound under the hood. He then kept the car for a couple days, and returned it saying that the purge valve had been stuck open. (The receptionist had to ask him to tell me what was wrong with the car because he simply handed me the keys with no explanation).
Upon driving the car home after that and for several weeks afterward, I noticed that my car would shudder severely when I was taking off from a stop sign or red light, at low speeds& under low acceleration. When I took the car back when it first began, the service guy told me again, that my car was normal and nothing was wrong. He gave me lecture about the dual transmission and told me to get used to it or get a new car. He then proceeded to test the car only under high acceleration, and told me over and over, to the point where he was frustrated, that the phenomenon I was describing did not exist in my car. When I tried calling about the problem, which had worsened a few weeks later, the man on the phone got immediately upset as soon as I mentioned the shuddering. He told me he looked my car up in his computer and that there was nothing wrong with it. I could bring it in if I wanted, but that I should either get used to it or get a new car.
A few weeks later took my car to another Ford dealership. As soon as I brought it in, it was diagnosed as shuddering and being OUT OF SPEC. The service department replaced my clutch and seals in less than a day all covered under a ***WARRANTY (14MO1) that was specifically extended in my car for shuddering at low acceleration, that the previous service department neglected to mention***.
So, my car runs AMAZINGLY. I am very happy with the service I received from the Ford Company, but disappointed with the Service Department at Liberty Ford Maple Heights.response / report this review -

What an amazing car dealership!! I've never seen a showroom quite like the one they have at Liberty Ford. They have quite the impressive inventory! (I had to keep my hubby away from the Shelby!) Nick and Joey were the best! They walked us through the process with ease. I highly recommend Liberty Ford in Maple Hts!!

I have shopped liberty ford for years. They continue to be the best on area for a new ford vehicle. My salesperson Walt Bailey was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in helping me purchase my new truck. I will definitely be back.

I had a very awesome experience. Each and every salesman was very nice and professional. My car rides awesome I love my car I wouldn't trade it for the world I walked away with a brand new car I came in wanting a new car not a brand new one, because I was college graduate Smiley gave me the best deal . Thank you for making my experience a wonderful experience .

Great service! Walt and Cary were so nice to work with and I love my Escape. They took their time with me in making a decision and made the leasing process as quick as they could. I didn't think I would like it as much as I did when shopping around for a small suv. The escape is a great value.

Lorenzo Martino ,has been very accommodating. Mr. Martino answered all my questions, respectfully and direct. I I appreciated his kind and knowledgeable service . Mr. Martino displayed patient, even when I was unsure concerning the purchase, he wasn't pushy. I didn't come here to buy a car. I did however know I needed a new one and he helped me to actually be able to stay within my budget as he said he would. I will refer him to others and do business again with him sincerely Selena Brown.
