Nice storethey always help me out when I have issues with my iPhone and MacBook.
In person visits to this Apple Store are you usually pretty good, but if you need to call, just to get information on a course for example, you may as well just drive there. Very long hold time is one thing, but they place a loud and very static laden music that is awful to listen to.
As of this moment I've been on hold 11 minutes, and have to listen to horribly amplified music filled with static noise.
Time to hand up!
IMPOSSIBLE TO CALL THEM AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT. Where apple product is wonderful, their support and help is far below par. I am very excited now to give my local computer shop my business instead of these guys. Sure, I could have done it online, but as a single-full time working mother, I forgot my password, and I've had to reset it so many times I have no idea what it is, and I have no idea where the piece of paper is I wrote it down.
People are friendly and quite knowledgeable. Nice new looking building. Part of plaza with Starbucks close by, Trader Joes, Bravo restaurant, plus others. Lots of i stuff. IPad, iPhone, etc. Prices are good too.
This place is awesome! Genuinely helpful reps, who actually seem like they're glad you're there and WANT to solve your problem instead of being irritated at having to help you. Their phone system is GREAT (I actually asked the automated guy if he was a real person, because it sounded so real), their service is great - I was pleasantly surprised at my experience here.
Stopped here on the way home from work to pick up a new battery charger for my MacBook and was in and out in under 10 minutes. One of the staff even tried to find me a discount while I was there. Staff was friendly, helpful, polite; would definitely stop here again.
Dishonest, rude and unhelpful staff!
beware of an aggressive manager named Mark M. Don't expect him to be courteous, friendly or even helpful! Be prepared for be prepared for a "I'm the boss, I don't give a damn about you as a customer" attitude.
I asked him to write down his employees name down on a business card and he said he would, when he returned with his card, he didn't write it down so I asked again and he ripped the business card out of my hand!
Had zero interest in exploring repair options for my phone!
As others here have said, they will bait you to buy a new product rather than repair it. Dishonest, RUDE and unhelpful!
I would give this place a negative star if I could!
!!!BEWARE OF THIS APPLE LOCATION!!!
If you have ever taken your vehicle into the dealership for a simple repair only to be told your vehicle is on its last leg and you should purchase a brand-new vehicle. Oh, and by the way, there is a sale going on? Well If you like that feeling then take your apple product into this store because they will spin you this same tale and try to get you forgo the repair process and purchase a new product.
This was my first time going into the store to have my tablet looked at because tablet would no longer charge. The guy that looked at it said my tablet was bent and then proceeded to take me there was no use in sending it out for repairs and that I should get a new one for half the price. He didn’t even try to fix it. I asked for a supervisor and told her my issues. I asked her to point out where my tablet was bend and she couldn’t find it. She had to ask him to point it out and then proceeded to try to tell me where the bend was (which doesn’t exist).
These people lie to you and treat you as if your stupid. I left the store upset because no one was listening to me. I called the 800# and go a rep who had experienced the same customer service where she was told her tablet was bent. She offered to let me swap out my tablet at no charge. She didn’t talk down to me or treat me as if I were stupid. I will never step foot in that apple store and going forward have decided to deal directly with customer service. I’m guessing these people must have a sales quota to meet or something. I however DON’T appreciate being taken advantage of and spoken to as if I am a stupid child.
If your looking to purchase a new device, then “Yes” this is the store to visit.
If you’re looking for service/repairs, then you’re better off calling customer service.
!!!BEWARE OF THIS APPLE LOCATION!!!
I had iphone 6s that stopped charging, I went to that apple store for fixing it and they said no one can fix it or even retrieve the data on it, and that I need to replace it for $250 or buy a new one, I even requested to open the phone at the store there, and they couldn't fix it, of course I bought a new one because I was sure I can at least retrive the data on it especially I was not activating my iCloud, at the end both phones now are working fine it was only one ic that needed to be replaced, I got all my data and the phone is working as before and charging fine, they just want to sell more iPhones and not to repair any. Of course the new phone was for $800 that I didn't need to buy, I fixed my old phone for $60.
Was there to buy a Macbook Pro because my last one died due to the GPU overheating. There were like a dozen employees standing around, but none of them treated me like a potential customer by even greeting me or asking me what I was looking for. Imagine being on a car lot with money in your pocket, looking at new cars, but no one comes to try to sell you a car or even acknowledge your existence. Kind of dumb, right? I basically had to chase a rep down to tell them I wanted to purchase their flagship product.
This location has all the trappings of a high-class retail establishment but I've probably received better customer service at a fast food joint.
Besides, you can get refurbs directly from the online Apple store that are a couple bucks cheaper, blemish free, and carry the same warranty as a brand new item anyway.
I had a really bad experience here. I needed the screen fixed on my iPad. They quoted me $300 and said "it's impossible to fix the screeen." I remember seeing a phone repair store in Mentor one time and I went there. They quoted me $129 and fixed the screen no problem. I'm mad that I was told something was impossible, when it clearly isn't. I will say the staff was friendly and courteous albeit dishonest. I'm giving them 2 stars instead of one because of how nice they were.
This place is the epitome of horribly customer service, Corprate guidelines turn workers into smiling robots with no product knowledge or comprehension of product cost. Got nowhere with a "technician" Apple has taught them very well how to manipulate you into thinking there's nothing wrong with your product. Let's remember this is a entry-level position and they try to use your lack of product knowledge against you. My iPhone 6s Plus bad battery has turned it into a flickering light bulb and Apple says the 880.00 you paid for it doesn't matter will repair it for 220.00. Ha thats a good joke. Then Edward the picture perfect manager said you want me to fix it for free. Ha I cannot do that you only spent 1800.00 dollars between two "cell phones", switch to Samsung before your hard earned money goes down the drain to a company that pushes you out the door and doesn't want you back until you buy there next products, DEFIANTLY STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.
Was apprehensive about the whole Apple Store experience prior to visiting this location. This store changed my mind. Although with 50+ employees working at once it's hard to imagine anything but organized chaos, this store has it down pat. I was in and out sooner than I expected and all associates were either working hard or looking for something to do. Overall very pleased with this Apple Store.
