This beach is a great place to go especially early in the morning or late in the evening. There was nobody there when we went at 9 a.m. in the morning on a hot summer day. Whereas the beach would be already starting to get somewhat crowded. It made us feel like we were there on our own private beach.

One of my favorite beaches. It's not crowded like some of the others but still a very nice beach. Great place to take the family

Wonderful Beach with a very Long Beach and gradual slope in the water. This place is great for kids as there is no steep drop-off and no large waves. Parking is just $2 an hour and you are right on the beach.

Perfect beach for kids I love it.
I felt really comfortable and at ease. I was able to let my 5year old go into the water by herself without worrying about the water being deep or high tides.we will be back soon

Great place to take the kids! Water is calm- no waves (unless a boat goes by). It's shallow near the shore which is great for little ones (and makes the water warmer than the ocean), but is still deep enough for an adult to be able to swim further out. Public bathrooms too which is great. The parking lot with meters filled early but we found a $10 lot across the street which worked out fine. Highly recommend, especially with little kids!

Great low key beach to enjoy with kids. Waves are not huge so it's a great beach for little ones.

This is one of my favorite beaches. My family has been coming here for years. Cute snack stand. Lifeguards. Umbrella rentals.

Always clean (even during the season). Family friendly. Within walking distance of the Dairy Queen, which is a bonus! Watch out for Horseshoe Crabs and baby jelly fish. I've often been grazed but never stung. There is horseshoe season and they are harmless. Most people who are hurt by one it is an accident from stepping on the tail. The only litter they have are either dead or abandoned horseshoe shells.
