The Fenwick Island State Park at 36840 Coastal Highway is an outstanding park and we live to go there whenever we can.

This park is kept very clean. and there is easy access from the parking area. It even has showers, lifeguards and well kept rest rooms.

Very nice family place to go.

This was a very nice beach to take our dog. There was plenty of room for us to play without bothering anyone else. I did not like the fact that I had to take my dog poop with me, as it is a "carry out" park. Also I found it very difficult to find. I'm pretty sure I drove past it 5 times before I really noticed it.

We go here a lot when we come to Fenwick. You Have have to pay to park, but it is so worth it. Seems less crowded and there is a bathroom.

Decent amount of parking, nice sand and dune, good bodysurfing on several days we were there. Bath house acceptable. Dogs allowed on one section, with more than a few it may get chaotic in that area.

Bathrooms, showers, snack bar, help desk and easy access to the ocean. The only downside is that it's such a nice place, it can get super crowded quickly. If you are a regular visitor or nearby resident, look into the lifetime pass as it's worth it.

Great park and very chill. They should have dumpsters for trash. It is great fishing and kayaking off the beach. Great karma.

Great place to spend the day at the beach. We were towing a small camper on our way home from staying at Delaware Seashore state park (also awesome) and the person at the gatehouse was nice enough to direct us to the second lot so that we could park even though the front lot was full on a Friday afternoon.

Our first visit was September 14 2016. The beach is beautiful and water perfect. Off season parking was easy. Access to the beach was good, but is a bit of a walk. Nice to have access to restroom and shower facilities

Nice clean beach. Plenty of parking, lots of lifeguards and beach patrol on duty keeping everyone safe.

Look for the orange flag and you'll find the dog beach.

Having a real bathhouse and food area is also a major plus.
