After contacting corporate customer service, driving to the Greensburg location and spending way too much time trying to get some tables delivered to my house, I will never purchase from Levin again. I was told I could pick up my items at the store; I left early from work, drove to the store, waited for about 20 minutes, and was then told that the store does not have them- complete and total waste of my time. They were then supposed to be delivered to my house. I have had the same items scheduled for home delivery 2 separate times, and both times they never showed. I called corporate to check on the status each time, and the tables that were supposed to be delivered to my home were instead delivered to the store. It seems like no one communicates among the various departments. At this point, I don't even want the stupid tables- this has been such an unbelievable hassle!

This place provided the worst customer service I've ever had. I'd paid for two twin size mattresses at the store in Greensburg (great customer service) on a Sunday. I was told if have to pick them up on Monday at the warehouse in Smithton. I was told they'd have the mattresses pulled by 9 AM. I got there around 11:00, making sure to give them plenty of time to have them pulled from the back. The lady at the desk was so rude and unfriendly. She told me it'd be ten, maybe fifteen minutes and to pull around to dock #2. After waiting a full 30 minutes, I went back inside to see three grown men standing within 5 feet of my mattresses, playing on cell phones. I told the lady I'd been waiting and asked if I could get them myself since they obviously weren't in any kind of hurry to do their job. She said no. I stood there watching the men do nothing for another 5 minutes before either of them decided to do their job. I told the woman they needed to do something about them doing nothing, but I'm sure none of them, including the woman, has any intentions of changing their ways. I promise I'll never go back there again. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I need to speak to someone at the corporate level asap about my horrific experience at your McMurray, PA store on November 5. I spoke with the manager there, then to the Pleasant Hills manager, but he has not returned my calls. It was an ugly situation. Prior to this, I have been a loyal Levin customer who has steered other family members to purchasing at Levin. Thank you.

Worked there for about 6 years. When I was there they really bend over backwards for their employees. Robert Levin is a great guy.
