I used to love this place. Any time I came here I felt welcome and the staff helped as much as possible. I even got my certification here for basic pistol. But, it seems the customer service became poor over the years. The dude who was running the range started to pick a fight with me. RUDE. Not coming here unless I have to again.

I went there with my girlfriend, our first time for both of us at a range and we loved it! We got to shoot in a safe controlled environment without being over restricted. We cant wait to go again! The staff was super helpful. they helped me with a purchase and had exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend anybody who asked me.

Great place to go and target practice as well as purchase/pick up firearms. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they make you feel comfortable whether you are a novice or an expert. The classes here are very helpful too. Prices are very reasonable. I will definitely go back.

**UPDATE**This is an update of the below review. I originally had given the place 3 stars followed by my reasons. This place, now unfortunately, gets 1. There are signs posted that day that guns must be holstered etc, yet some people walk in without heeding the signs. The last straw for me was when I got flagged by a guy who was slinging his AR in the waiting area. Not a had place, but to not enforce your own posted signs which I firmly believe relates to how I got flagged is a huge safety concern for me. Good luck.**

Great attitude from the guys where the range booths are. I've driven out there on four occasions even though they are over an hour away. Worth the drive for me to have a pleasant experience. What others say is true. If you go on a weekend you will be waiting for an hour or more. One pet peeve is the signs that say that guns must be holstered or otherwise kept until being used. One time I was there people came in and out with guns out. The problem I had was that one guy while adjusting his AR ended up with his muzzle pointing right at me for a second. Very careless on both the place as well as the shooter.
The reason for the three stars is my experience in the store area. I walked in and saw what I perceived as the counter guy helping another customer. It was just us three so of course I waited my turn. As I was looking at the ARs on the wall I realized the two guys were no longer talking so I turned to look. What I thought was the other customer was looking at me as well as the counter guy. Just looking at me. I think actions like that make absolutely no sense and quite frankly puts a stain on what would otherwise be a near perfect experience as a consumer. Three very solid stars for the range. I really like this indoor range. The people are so nice, friendly and you can ask them questions I guess the word is approachable. The old man in the firing range section is hilarious I could listen to him all day answering questions because he is such smart a$s lol and the other side they are so helpful I go there all the time with my BF.

I cannot say enough good things about this business. The environment is friendly, well maintained, and the staff have repeatedly gone above and beyond to make my trips a success. This is my go-to location even though there are closer options.

Great staff that are always friendly. Nice lanes and the target selection is great. Sometimes there is a wait to get a lane but that's due to the place being popular and for good reason. I'll keep returning for sure.

The family and I stopped in here today to check out their guns. The gentlemen manning the shop was very nice, helpful, and friendly. We had a child in tow and he was really great about him enjoying the displays.
I didn't pick anything up this time but I wanted to leave a review. The place is extremely well kept and clean, especially the bathrooms.
I wish we lived closer to this place but we'll definitely be back for some range time and a gander at the goods. Maybe someday a can or two.response / report this review -

It's about an hour drive to get here, but I don't care. The facility is nice and clean, employees are nice and helpful, and the prices are VERY reasonable. Also, my mother feels comfortable going here, as she is new to shooting and was worried about a 'boys club' type of atmosphere. This is not that. They welcome everyone. The shop is also nice with a good selection of products, but most of my experience is with the range side.
