I've bought jeans here twice and had zero problems. Staff was helpful and lines were never long (usually around 4-6pm).

Great denim at decent prices, huge selection, nice store setup and solid customer service.

The only negative reviews are ppl being petty that they didn't have a public restroom or the clothes don't fit. 😆 this place is easily +4 stars.

Remember when you could go into a store and speak to educated sales people who really knew their product? Well that's alive and well at the Levi's Store on Michigan Ave in Chicago. I only buy jeans when I'm in Chicago because it's the best store with great products and better sales people. Alex Herman was the man on my last trip in. He really helped me understand the cuts of jeans and even stayed late to help me complete my shopping selections. My only regret is that these folks aren't on commission. Every shopping experience should be that great.
