Its like most of the other AMC theaters. Its nice! Pleasantly surprised.

It was a nice theater, the seats are big and comfy but it's a little messy. Shonura was the one of the best parts, she was patient when I asked her to look up my stubs card info even though it was a busy time. Thank you, Shonura!

Everything is spread way out. AMC obviously converted an existing structure (mall perhaps?) into a theater. Recliner seating is nice but I thought the price was steep for a movie- $14. Sound was too loud as well.

The recent upgrades (concessions, bar, and reclining seating) would be better appreciated if sufficient staff were available to maintain cleanliness between movies, the lobby, and most importantly the bathrooms.

Ever since they remodel it, I've been coming here. It definitely beats The Quarry with way better seating. Prices did go up because of it. Except to pay $12+ for Adults and $10+ for children. Bring a blanket as it gets cold sometimes!

I love the recliner seats and the size of the theater! it needs more staff on service for cleaning. The condiment areas aren't cleaned enough due to heavy crowds and slushy machines are out of order to much but the actual theater is great! I live around the corner so I go often. The staff is also very nice!

They won't let you in unless your movie starts 30 minutes before. Other than that I would give it a 5 if they were to fix that. I liked how it changed a lot though, it's better.

The layout of the theatre is really nice but they have bed bugs!!! I took my 4 y/o to see power rangers 3/27 and I was bitten several times as well as my child! I called and told someone (who didn't mention a name) and guess what? He hangs up! PERFECT RIGHT ILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE AN APOLOGY WOULD HAVE MADE A BIG DIFFERENCE!!!!!

This is my go to theater as is close to home, is comfortable and it always have high quality customer service. The reclining seats are amazing as well as the sound and lightning of the screen. Will come back again

I'm 65 years young and went by myself on two different days. I saw Passengers and Fences. I wanted to check it out before bringing friends. I went to the 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. movie. Everything went well the employees were very curious. I really noticed the movie screen quality. The movie screens seemed to have a sharper, clearer look to them and better lighting behind the screens than in other theaters. The chairs were great. I think more seniors would go there if they had a special price like the $5 on Tuesday special at the Marcus theater in Orland Park.
I liked the toilet seat covers for the toilets. I think they need to hire someone to continually clean the bathrooms and only the bathrooms no other duties, that would cut down on complaints and leave the customers with a good feeling about the theater. I don't like to sit by people, because i really get into the movie and don't want to be disturbed. Selecting your seat on the touch screen is great.
