The future is shopping is online frustration and snarky retail clerks. Levi’s makes a great product, but they have no grasp on making it easy for people to purchase direct. The review for the online part of my transaction belong in a different place, but the face-to-face part of the interaction was really disappointing, especially when the clerk implied I was somehow at fault for the frustrations I had experienced. Retailers - don’t tell your customers they can have “easy returns at retail locations” if you’re not going to train your staff to manage basic polite behavior, like letting a customer finish a sentence.
My fiancé and walked in the store no one greeted or offered assistance. We left after 5 mins or so, I guess my money isn't welcome here
Great employees that help
These guys were a huge help to me getting an online order corrected. A very unusual situation that they diligently and professionally handled. I deal with the Mgr. Jacob, and I believe the other guy (with glasses) was Ellis. Both very service-oriented. Highly recommended location.
