  Love the store and the staff!
  I love Levi's as they are durable and last forever. I also like how Levi's has evolved as a company. When I was younger, we used to soak our Levi's in salt water to make them softer (these were the days before microwave ovens and VCRs - yep, they are an old company).
  
  So on my visit, I went for the stretchy jeans. I had no idea Levi's made stretchy jeans but they feel wonderful. The staff was helpful and brought different pairs and different sizes back to the dressing room for me to try on. The excellent part of going there was that they are very knowledgable of the types and fits of all of the jeans they carry in the store so are ready and able to assist you as needed. And - if they don't have the color and style you are looking for, they can order it and have it sent to your home.

  Levis styles are not particularly flattering. I found a jacket I thought I liked, but when I got home in natural light and my normal mirror it was boxy and awkward. I went to return it, within 14 days, with receipt and the original card it was purchased on. Store policy is to take all your contact information?! For a return? No thanks. Bloomingdale took a return and didn't ask a question- just swiped my card and smiled. With brick and mortar stores crumbling under pressure from onlinr retailers, at least try to make the experience pleasant instead of invasive.
