I visited this store today and was very taken aback at the fact that of the six employees standing around, not one of them greeted me, asked me if I needed help or wished me a good afternoon as I walked outnot one single word was uttered to mea paying customer. I will never shop there again! Basic customer service skills need to be part of the training if you are choosing to work in retail. Also, in my opinion, it’s basic human decency to say hello to someone when they enter your place of employment. I’m only giving one star because it’s a requirement in order to enter a review. For the horrendous service, or should I say lack there of, I would give a no star rating!

The store is pretty but the staf it's not friendly and not everybody is a thief I work in store before they need to learn a lot!! The loft store in Merrimack NH.
