I went to Les Stanford Cadillac in July 2017 to price a CTS.

At the time I had lease with 8 payments left.

Bill (salesman) told me there was no way I could get in a Cadillac for the monthly payment I asked for.

I Love how Bill stereotype me.
He reassured me I COULD NOT lease a vehicle under $600 per month.

My experience at Les Stanford Cadillac lead me to Cadillac of Plymouth.

I called Cadillac of Plymouth and
Mr. Dean (Salesman) answered the phone.

I arrived at Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth within 15 minutes.

Mr. Dean stood at the door waiting for my arrival.. Now that's Service!!!

With a warm spirit and kind heart,
Mr. Dean went to work immediately on my behalf and found a car to fit my needs within 30 minutes.

Mr. Dean put me in a Cadillac rental for one week.

August 8th I picked up my CTS, $300 cheaper than the quote from Les Stanford.

I live in Southern California and was looking for a Corvette Z06. An acquaintance put me in touch with Scott. We spoke over the phone and he was so helpful and great to speak with about Corvettes in general. This is my third "vette. We did the complete transaction by phone, email and federal express.

Scott was so genuine, honest and helpful. They even made sure delivery worked around summer vacation. I ended up leasing a blacked out 2017 Z06 (because I want another in 2020!!!) and I am in love with the car.

Called for a part number and was told they don't give out part numbers, you have to buy it from them. Screw that..it sure doesn't sound like Cadillac service to me. Talk about being greedy.

Horrible experience with new car sales for two vehicles. Even WORSE Management. People spend a lot of money with dealerships and decent customer service should be expected. Never leasing/financing there again and I will be spreading the word.
