  We cannot recommend Les Allen Construction any more! He was amazing to work with! He is honest to a fault, totally fair, his work is flawless and he was very realistic with his time frame and stuck to it. Despite changes to our plan, a major flood (had nothing to do with our remodel), and a change of paint after the fact, we stayed right on schedule. When you have a crew sort of move in with you as we did with our addition, you want great people and this group of guys is the best. Les and his crew were fun, clean, honest, and we loved having them for the summer. We love our addition more than anything. Our home has been transformed into the space that we dreamed about for years. Les's price was spot on and incredibly fair. His ideas made ours even better. He made our dream a reality. We would recommend him many times over. We were told by several people to sub it ourselves as it was not a complicated addition. In our flooring alone, Les saved us much more than we paid him. His contacts, fabulous reputation, his in depth and thorough knowledge, and his years of experience were worth their weight in gold. There is no possible way we could have done this on our own, for the price we paid, with the same results. Call Les. You won't regret it.

  It has been a pleasure working with Les, when we first meet with him all we had was the idea of the home we wanted, he was able to draw up the plans and make our dream home a reality! I was amazed many times by his thinking power, I would tell him I wanted something and he would say I don't think that can happend and the next day come back with the plans redone to make it happend. I truly believe he is amazing! I was very impressed by everyone of his subcontractors, they all took such great pride in their work and made sure we were pleased with everyhing before leaving. The house is everything and more than we were asking for, the craftmanship is outstanding and working with Les and his crew was a pleasure. Thank you Les Allen Construction for making our dream come true our family will certainly enjoy our new home!
