We called Bob Hamilton because our washing machine was backing up and spilling water on our floor.
They came out very quickly, and the technician, Chris was very professional and nice. We also got lots of calls updating us on when the technician would be out from Jamie, who was so helpful and nice as well.
However, beyond the incredibly nice and professional team members we worked with, I was pretty disappointed in the end result.
Long story short, the solution suggested to us did not fix the issue. We paid over $700, and still are having the exact problem that causes us to call Bob Hamilton in the first place. We’ll have to have another company come out and resolve the issue. I wish we had known that Bob Hamilton wouldn’t be able to fix our issue. We’re pretty young and it really hurts to lose over $700 and still have to spend money with another company to get the issue fixed.

Update: after Bob Hamilton left, we realized that the issue was actually worse, and contacted them.
To their credit, they were extremely understanding and responsive, and actually refunded us our money. While I still likely won’t call them again, I am really glad that they treated us right and refunded us when we weren’t happy.

Kyle was awesome! He arrived on time, explained everything, and went right to work. When he finished, he even had pictures to show me. My husband says the quality of his work is phenomenal. Kyle is just a great guy! Bob Hamilton is blessed to have such an outstanding qualified young man as an employee.

I must also comment on the customer service personnel who, like Kyle, are so personable, friendly and anxious to help with your problem. Again, Bob Hamilton is indeed blessed to have these employees!

Our technician, was professional, kind, and informative. He took the time to answer my questions and offered helpful tips for our furnace unit. Much greater peace of mind in our system for winter now. Thanks!

Update on review the service partner agreement is great! We just had a very nice guy come out to inspect our electrical system and he was just as polite, professional and helpful as everyone else from Bob Hamilton! He was very thorough and made good recommendations for upgrades and when the should be done.

Steffen was wonderful for our furnace check. Prompt, polite, and super knowledgeable. My husband and I really appreciated his approach. He wasn’t pushy with trying to sell us on anything yet gave us all the information we’d need to make sure we’re keeping our system running efficiently. He also let us know about an issue with our humidifier that was still under warranty and fixed it on the spot. We will definitely request Steffen to do any future work we require.
