  Handicap access, friendly staff and designers. New covid practices are reassuring both by showroom staff and field installers alike, and the muscles on their truck driver are amazing.

  We had our kitchen and 2 full baths remodeled. From the first day we walked into the Cabinets Plus showroom, we knew we were dealing with the best. Terry walked us through every aspect of the remodel including cabinets, light fixtures, flooring, cabinet hardware and plumbing fixtures. Later, we were contacted by Kent to go over the schedule. Kent let us know what to expect during the demolition and remodel. The great service did not stop in the showroom. I cannot say enough about the work crew that came on time every day. Even our neighbors complimented that they were not only on time, but were early every day! Ron, Mike, Brian, Casey, and Matt covered our wood floors and carpet and used barriers and fans to minimize dust during the demolition and construction. They were all very friendly, courteous, and thorough during the entire remodel. They cleaned and organized the work areas every day before leaving. Also, before the crew left for the day, we were shown what activities took place during the day and what to expect the next scheduled work day. We were always notified immediately of any changes to the work schedule and any changes in the original plans due to unforeseen construction barriers. After all the construction was completed, we had a final walk through with Terry and all of our questions and concerns were addressed. We are planning on having more remodeling done and will contact Terry, Kent and the crew at Cabinets Plus!

  I had Cabinets Plus remodel two bathrooms (2014) and kitchen (2015). Recently the puck lights in my kitchen upper cabinets were not operating properly. Despite the kitchen now being five years old Cabinets Plus was very responsive and replaced my puck lights at no cost to me. It pays to work with a company that has been in business for a long time and cares about the customer experience. I will continue to recommend CP to my friends and family as an outstanding choice for any remodeling needs.

  Their customer service is unparalleled. After a kitchen remodel performed 10 years ago, they still had all my records and assisted me in fixing a leaking kitchen faucet. They even sent out a plumber to diagnose and fix the issue. Who stands by their work like that? Outstanding!!

  The planning process was fine. Even the demolition and rebuild went well, all but one contractor was a pleasure and I trusted to be in my house alone.
  Here's the problem.
  During and specifically after the project was completed I never heard from the salesperson again. Once the sale was final she never called to check in or to follow up how everything was, this was even when we let her know that we had two more bathrooms to do after the kitchen was completed. The worst part is we've had an issue with the countertop since it's been installed and we have contacted them twice about it and nobody has gotten back to us. So inevitably we have signed on with a different company to remodel actually our three bathrooms.
  It's a shame that there was no sales follow-up considering we had more work for them and as a salesperson myself I just don't understand. It's even worse that they say they stand behind their product/service and after contacting them twice about my quartz countertop being chipped in two places they have completely ignored us.
