When getting our house ready to sale, we found quite a disaster in my son's bedroom closet walls and flooring. So I called my amazing handyman "OC Handyman" to get some help but he immediately called it a biohazard and highly recommended we call 24/7 Restoration. When I called them, they couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. They sent someone over that afternoon for their evaluation. Since our house was built before 1978, it had to be tested for asbestos and lead. They contacted another independent testing company to come test. It was done quickly but, unfortunately, it tested positive for asbestos in the drywall compound. Therefore, we needed to have that remediated by a company equipped for that type of work so they recommended Alliance Environmental Group. Following their recommendation, I called them and things were handled very quickly and professionally. I felt bad that the work went to another company since 24/7 Restoration was so professional and wonderful to work with but they said they all worked together for whatever is best for the customer. How wonderful is that!!! I appreciate all the great recommendations that were made to get this issue resolved quickly!!! Thank you, Russell, Kelly, Eddie, and Josh! You were all so wonderful to work with in a very difficult time!

They were not the cheapest, but we felt comfortable dealing with them because of their thoroughness and professionalism. We had a serious issue and needed serious professionals to deal with it to make us feel comfortable. We chose wisely.

24/7 is extremely knowledgeable with what they do. I had water damage and they came out to dry everything out extremely fast and efficiently. I wasn't sure if I was going through insurance and they worked with me to keep the prices to a manageable amount. In the end they helped educate me on insurance claims and helped me with the process even though we didn't use them for the construction work. They put customer service first. Thanks again 24/7 Restoration!

Staff was very nice and friendly. Thy were true to their initial quote despite the project running longer than expected. The only thing was that my family noticed a few staples in the wall from the mold remediation equipment, but I was able to easily remove that with some pliers. Besides that amazing and would definitely call again (although I hope nothing happens again).

Wow! Impressive! Kelly the 24/7 representative was extremely professional, courteous and his followed up was prompt.
Within minutes Kelly of inspecting the opening of our wall he was able to locate the source of our water leak.
He explained the cause of our leak in a clear and concise way, and he answered all our questions and how we could repair the leak.
I would give 24/7 Restoration a two thumbs up rating.response / report this review
