We bought a tv console during their tent sale in Naples, great price, nice piece of furniture, I didn't have any problems and found the sales woman to be helpful, surprised by the other reviews.

I bought a sectional couch in June from Lenny's Furniture in Naples. I loved the couch and I was pleased with the looks of it. After two months, several of the cushions were sinking in and were very uncomfortable. I called Lenny's and, after much discussion, they sent someone out to inspect the couch. I was told that because I moved to another condo, the couch was no longer covered under the warranty. This is not written anywhere on the warranty and how ridiculous is this as one should be able to move a near $1000 couch without incident. All I want is for them to replace the cushions which they will not do. So, if you want to have a quality product and a positive customer experience, I would avoid buying anything from Lenny's.
