This was an AMAZING experience in every way. Food was great, service and staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, and the trip is certainly an unforgettable experience. Beautiful sunset and again, just an outstanding evening. Pablo and Cole were phenomenal servers - honestly could not say enough!

We had such a nice evening on the sunset dinner cruise. The staff was friendly, helpful and very attentive. Dinner was delicious, the boat was beautiful and the sunset was amazing. The entire experience seemed too good to be true when we saw the price-only $50 per person for the sunset cruise and a full dinner (especially when some boats are charging that same price or more for just the cruise!) But they met and exceeded our expectations! All around great experience and I would definitely recommend!

We were part of a small group of 30 who live in the Naples/Marco Island area on a seasonal basis. We have all been on the Marco Island Princess as well as the Naples Princess numerous times, and were looking forward to our dinner cruise on 2/12/14. The vessel and crew have always been amazing, and tonight was no exception. The food and service were wonderful!! Unfortunately, we had an issue with the DJ/entertainer which spoiled our evening. The short, bearded gentlemen began with music and rolled into singing. We were seated on the enclosed upper deck and the speaker there was entirely too loud. We went downstairs and asked if he could turn down the volume so we could talk. He came up and turned down the speaker slightly, only to return downstairs and turn up the master volume in spite. A member of our party turned down the upstairs speaker slightly so we could hear one another. Upon returning to the upper deck, the entertainer verbally berated our group for complaining and told us not to touch his f---in equipment, after which he returned to the speaker and turned in up again!! Several members of our group spoke to various crew members, as well as the Captain, and was told the entertainer works for the owner of the boat. I would hope this gentleman's attitude and actions will be addressed. I can tell you that no member of our group will ever return to the Marco Island Princess - and will tell many of their friends - as long as this rude and obnoxious behavior is tolerated by the owner/operator. Very unfortunate!!

We had such a wonderful time on this dinner cruise! The prime rib and ceaser salad were excellent ..the filet of sole mediocre.the staff was BEYOND excellentand the boat beautiful. You must do this to truly see the island. Dinner on its own was worth the price! BTWfull bar!
