I placed an onine order with this company for 2 shirts for over $200. I didn't end up needing one of the shirts. I spent weeks trying to reach the company by phone, but was unable to get through to anyone, or leave a message. Finally, I was able to get a hold of someone months after the purchase and I was told by a "manager" that I was unable to return the shirt that I paid over $100 (not even for a store credit) for because it was a "final sale" item and outside of their return window. And really they give you 2 weeks to return an item? Most companies give you 30 to 90 days or more! This company does not care about it's customers!

I ordered a something for my dad’s birthday, once I ordered and paid they called a few days later to let me know they are actually out of stock of that shirt but will be receiving it in 2 weeks. I have been calling and emailing for 6 days now with no response. Thanks guys.

Buyer beware.Don't do business with this company as they use false advertising and send you wrong sizes. I have tried to get resolution and they will not resolve a problem that they created. I have ordered Nat Nast and Tommy Bahama shirts and they sent wrong sizes. When I called they would not return my phone calls and if I want to return the stuff that they mispackaged then it's at my expense. Worst company out there. If you buy and then have a problem you have been warned

Absolutely terrible customer service! Very rude! Ordered a Christmas gift online and they would not ship it to my father after I paid $15 for shipping and handling. They claimed it was for my protection from credit card fraud. They would not ship the item to a different address than my billing address. Now I have to pay for shipping twice!
Never shopping with them again!!!!

I ordered several items from Island Trends about a month ago with free 2 day shipping over $95 (items ordered over $200). Items were received as described, however, took several calls and 9 days to arrive. Ok sometimes there are issues and a store can make mistakes.
I ordered more items last week and paid for 2 day shipping but after calling and speaking to Lauren today (6 days later) she said the items still had not been shipped. I asked Lauren to cancel my order and refund payment. First drop of rain Nature's fault, second drop of rain my fault. I will not be ordering from Island Trends again.response / report this review -
