Comfortable high end mountain resort. Got everything and superb service. Very friendly staff made us feel like home for sure. Sales lady, Kristen Young was very helpful. She is a very lovely and helpful lady. She even help us located and purchased the souvenir we forgot to bring home. Wine tasting event is very good too.

Beautifully presented lodging, as one would expect from the Ritz Carlton. Friendly & courteous staff, always ready to assist or solve an issue.
Vail is a well known ski destination, not as crowded during other seasons with plenty to do. We've enjoyed the fall, viewing leave change & great weather. Lots of great food serve at local restaurants. Wide range of cuisines. Vail is restful, romantic plus if you bring children plenty of activities available.
Spacious suites, consisting of three, four and five bedrooms. Each bedroom with a full bath. Kitchen (fully equipped, with high-end equip including Refig, Stove, Micro & Wine refrig.) Family room with fireplace and 4k TV with Netflix.
On-site year round heated pool and hot tub. Walking distance to slopes plus Courtesy Shuttle.response / report this review -
