Great hotel! The location was perfect. The bus was really helpful and picked up and dropped off in all the right spots. The room was super nice. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff is incredibly friendly and the accommodations are fantastic. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pools and hot tubs were so relaxing. The shuttle will take you anywhere in town, which is beautiful.

Taylor from booking was very helpful and accommodated to our needs. I look forward to staying at this resort from here on out because of the professional service she provided. If I could I would give 10 stars because of her. Top knock service goes a long way and I'm sold on coming to this resort every time I book a vacation to Colorado.

Clean, modern, comfortable. Has all the amenities you'd want, plus a washer/dryer in each unit which was a huge plus. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The ONLY knock I could give this place was that it is labeled a "ski in/ski out" but it requires some digging to realize that this is only during certain points in the ski season. My family visited in November during the time that the lifts and runs going into this resort were closed, so therefore not ski in/ski out.

This place is awesome. The on-site spa is super relaxing. The shuttle service is top notch- just called the number on the bottom of the room key and they picked up within minutes. The concierge was also extremely helpful- giving tips on the best restaurants and set up our ATV tour so we didn't have to do a thing besides show up. Happy this is where we chose to stay for our honeymoon.

Beautiful location, has a bar&grill, an amazing spa/salon, indoor/outdoor heated pool+hot tubs, parking garage that needs key card to get in. Complementary bus that takes you to town (runs 9am-10pm) you can call for pickup all different spots around town. There's no room service, but there are places around that deliver. There come to clean the rooms once a week (different days for each building). The staff is very polite and helpful, the concierge can give you all sorts of info on what there is to do on the lodge premises as well as in town. Lodge is no smoking. There's also a pool table/bumper table (I think arcade too) Rooms are quite large, comes with full kitchen, washer/dryer, shower (w/2 shower heads), large tub w/jets, fireplace, pull out bed couch, and porch. Lots of stuff to do on premises, also playground for kids.

We recently went to the Grand Timber Loge for massages. All the staff were attentive and friendly on making sure our experience was as wonderful as possible. I would definitely recommend having a massage or spa day at this lodge.

When we checked in, the front desk staff were not real friendly. They told us where to park but didn't know if you had a room that started with a 4, that means you are on the first level.housekeeping told us where to find our room. When we got to the room our keys wouldn't work. Called the front desk and they said we needed to wait since there was a line. The room was ok. The floors are so hard I had to wear my flops to have comfort. One morning at 6:30am some of the staff were by the pool talking so loud it woke us up and the people above us. The people above us went outside and told them to shut up.Not a great experience and won't go back. We have done the tours at the Grand Lodge and have thought about a timeshare but that will not be happening and will not refer anyone. We usually stay in town in an older unit that is way nicer and more comfortable.

Of course it's in a nice, quiet location tucked away above Breckenridge. We had a suite with the primary area and a smaller bedroom/kitchenette area. We had a total of four beds, one King, one Queen and two hide aways in the sofas. Fully stocked with dishes and appliances for most needs/wants. There is a free shuttle that runs into town which is very convenient. DVDs are available for rent, but you are limited to one at a time. Two would be nice so you could get a kids and adults movie, but it is appreciated nonetheless. The is no air conditioning, at least in building four, not sure about the other 7 buildings on property. Two pools, both are kind of small by modern standards, but feature indoor areas. Great place for a getaway.

A quaint little resort with comfortable living space and fully-equipped kitchen. Most food areas are just a small walk away. If you're lucky, you may even see wildlife outside your window! I saw a fox wandering around every day I've been here. Although the are a decent number of amenities, I find that after a few days, there isn't much else to do. Overall, great experience.

My wife and I have been here twice in June and we could scarcely be happier with our experience. The rooms we have stayed in are well stocked and as nice as you would expect from an older lodge. The larger rooms are obviously stocked nicer, have more room, a fireplace, etc. but we have no complaints being in the smaller studio. The staff has always been helpful and friendly, and the lodge has quite a few things to do, though my wife and I have taken advantage of the movie service, pool table (4:00 cookies!), and chill atmosphere the most. It is a great place to relax. I can see how the parking would be bad in peak season, and the walls are not soundproof, but we've never had any problems. Highly recommended in the summer.

We were in a 2BR and the quality is pretty good. We own at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 and there are noticeable quality differences between the two, but still a nice property.
We had 2 minor issues (exposed carpet tacks) with our room, but they were fixed quickly and completely after we notified the front desk.
Our room was on the first floor and we had a great location/view for the pool. Off season, the noise was minimal.
We enjoyed our stay and location and would definitely return.

Never again will we stay here. We are staying for our honeymoon and the service is terrible. Parking is limited in the garages and we have found ourselves having to drag our luggage, groceries, etc outside because we have to park in overflow parking. We were supposed to have a gift basket in our room for our honeymoon - day 2 and nothing is there. We were first given a studio where we could have made breakfast in bed; it also had pubic hair in the shower. We were moved to a slightly larger studio but still - no fireplace, no double tub - and it's our honeymoon. No attempts were made on the staff's part to accommodate at all. They offered a basket but I just reminded them there was supposed to be one in our room already - two days ago. Go somewhere else. I do not recommend this place.

Room was nice even for a studio. Love the garage parking. Love the amenities that are available to guests. Concierge was very helpful. They are a little pushy when it comes to trying to get owners to upgrade their time by listening to a two hour presentation. We just did that and we had to say no about three times before they let us go. Overall experience is very good though.
