This is our home away from home in Breckenridge. Located right across the street from Riverwalk Center it is the perfect location for our summer activities. Clean, large units - not fancy but lovely. We are very happy here.

Rooms are nice. My only problem is one parking permit per condo, and the outdoor hottubs are quite the hike in the cold.

The condo itself is quite nice. Plenty of room, nice kitchen, comfy couches (that are also fold-out beds. However, the hot tubs are lukewarm at best and the beds are about as comfortable to sleep on as a cement slab. More towels would also help, as it's not too fun trying to dry off from your shower with the same towel you just used after the hot tub (replacement towels cost $8). Overall, not a bad place, but it could be better.

We stayed in a two bedroom/two bathroom condo. It was spacious but it the unit itself was out of date as far as appliances and furnishings. The location is GREAT! It's about a 5-7 min walk to peak 9 or peak 8 snow lift. It's also easy to walk to town.

We sort of ended up here on accident. In summary, our friend got a deal with one of those time share companies where we were to get a discount if she sat in on a one on one meeting. Prior to arriving we were informed we would get an upgrade to a condo with two queens and a kitchen. However, when we arrived it was one queen two twins. Which generally would not be bad except the beds were not in quality condition and we did not have the greatest night sleep. Also upon arrival we were not given parking passes. Though we were told multiple times we could park at any of the surrounding properties, we repeatedly said there we were not given any parking permits and the emergency line did nothing. Luckily though the onsite property managers that were on duty were super helpful and gave us at least one parking pass. Last thing there was barely any kitchen appliances, some which needed replacing.
