Very impressed with this collision repair shop. I found they were very helpful and gave excellent advice. I had had several vehicles repaired using insurance and paying privately. Each time the work was great and prices very fair. I will continue using them for all future repairs.

Worked with this company after I obtained some pretty hefty damage to my 2008 Ford Expedition. I can just say, I have never been more pleased with my experience at a body shop than I was with Legend Collision. They were very informative on all the steps we needed to take, from towing my car to their shop to picking it up and paying for it. I had someone calling me every 3 - 4 days giving me an update. Excellent customer service, high quality work. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for auto body repairs!

These guys are great! My car looks flawless! I love that they guarantee their work, too! They were so fast and my car looks amazing! They also washed and cleaned my car. I am so impressed that I won't take my car to anyone else! Staff is friendly and professional!

I had just bought a truck that i had been saving for, for a long time, and unfortunately i was in a wreck just a few weeks later. I asked around and heard good things about Legend's and decided to give them a try. Not only was there customer service fantastic and the work was what i felt very fair priced and they did a fantastic job with the repairs but when i picked up my truck they had vacuumed it out and wiped every thing down, it was pretty dirty when i dropped it off and they took the time to return it not only with the damaged repaired but the interior was cleaner then when i had left it with them. I would highly recommend these guys great people, quality service, they made an unfortunate situation for me into a positive after it was all said and done. Thanks

I have worked with Legend Collision many times have been very happy from big to little jobs. They are easy to work with and know there stuff, they helped me understand the insurance portion and what my portion is. My car looks great and took less time then expected.

Took my Audi to them for a bumper repair. They returned it to me two weeks later with the bumper fixed, but the parking sensors (which worked when I took it in) no longer functioned.

I took it back, and was told "they could not figure out what was wrong, and they would need to send it to Audi." Chris, the rep we dealt with through the entire fiasco, said that if not having the car was a problem, he would set us up with a rental.

Long story short, they had the car for 22 more days (in addition to the first 2 weeks), and then refused to pay for the rental car when all was said and done (almost $1000). They also billed my insurance for the parking sensors, which, again, worked when we brought the car in to them!

Chris first blamed the insurance company, claiming they had set up the rental, which was a lie. So, I called the insurance company, and had them call Chris. He told them that he had set it up, but that he had told us he would only cover "2 days of the rental."

Clearly Chris was in CYA mode, so I spoke to the owner, Don, who promised "to look into it," and promptly delegated the matter back to Chris. Finally, after a week of going back and forth, Chris told us that it was Enterprise Rent-a-car's fault, and he recommended that we go after them.

The long and short of it is that this company made many mistakes, and did not take responsibility for a single one. In the end, it cost me a month, many hours of phone calls, headaches, stress, and a$1000 to have my car "repaired" by Legend Collision.

I have never experienced such terrible customer service from what seemed like a reputable company. It makes me seriously skeptical of all these five star ratings!
