I have never been here but I was wondering if there is just cars and trucks in the yard or is there mini bike frames and old atv etc.

Absolutely phenomenal. These guys do all of our automotive work. Great guy to deal with and he is honest. Now be warned, he will not give you a garbage part just to make you happy even if you see it on a car behind him, if its not good you wont get it. I was trying to get a part for my BMW and the one that was on the car he had there (which i saw when i pulled in) was shotty, so he refused to sell it to me. I was upset at first and got upset, then it turns out they can order any part form any place in the US. He found the part I needed in perfect condition and got it to me the next day. He didn't give me what I wanted, he gave me what I needed, and it was quick. Which was far better and the same price. Kudos to you guys.

First I would just like to say this is second time I have done business with the good people here at Legal Chop Shop and couldn't be happier. The prices are amazing and so is the joyful, fun loving staff. I am very happy with the service and would recommend them for all if you car care needs.

The mechanics are great! I've always been happy with the diagnosis, explanation, and quality of work. BUT, the woman who handles the U-Haul is easily frazzled and is quick to spout off her politics and religious views, which is completely annoying and unprofessional. The also have a guy who handles the incoming customers who is completely lost and useless. Not the older guy, his name is Stanley I think, but the younger smaller Irish looking guy. Anyway, he spouts off customer service terms with absolutely no way of knowing how to follow through. Bottom line: mechanics awesome, U-Haul and customer service personnel incompetent and annoying.

They had the battery I needed for $35. I went everywhere looking for a used battery, new they were about 120 and that was the cheapest. None of the junk yards had the size i needed but luckily i passed these guys one day and decided to stop in. They had one! They checked it before they gave it to me and its still staying charged! It's been over a month. It's comes with a warranty, I think a month. But I will definitely be back if I need anything else.

The first time I came here, I had great service. It seemed reasonably priced and the people were friendly. The second time was a busy day for them and they were extremely rude to me. I parked and they told me not to park there. So I found a different spot. Then they asked me to move again. I asked then where I should park, she answered with "You'll see." There were no parking spots available other than where I had parked and there was a tow truck in the way. The only available one was a handicap spot. I went inside without moving my car and explained to her that I didn't know where to move my car. She acknowledged then that they were no spots available. I mentioned not wanting to park in the handicap spot and she told that it wasn't a handicap spot. It has a stone with a handicap logo on it with blue lines on the ground indicating that it is. After we dropped off my car, the shop called me a few times. I wasn't expecting a call because they made it sound like they weren't even going to get to my car that day. I was busy and couldn't get to my phone right away. When I called back 3 hours after they intially called me they were rude because I hadn't answered their calls. Apparently they had taken in my car into the shop and it was just sitting there waiting to be worked on because they had taken it all apart. I only needed my brakes and rotors changed which I knew. They weren't troubleshooting anything except whether the rotors needed to be changed or not. They told me the price so I decided to buy my own parts because they were going to charge me $100 more to use their parts. When I dropped off the parts he kept making "jokes" about me not answering my phone. I know that some of the fault falls on me, but they didn't need to be so rude about it. I am torn, because it seems as though they can be nice from my first experience, but the second was not pleasant at all.

I just called them to cancel a reservation for a 9' U-Haul van. 2 gentlemen spoke to me first, the first telling me that I needed to wait for a lady named Emily who was busy with a customer, thus he put me on hold. The second gentleman picked up and said that Emily was busy, which I was already told, and asked (in a tone that came off to me as if I was being bothersome) if HE could help me, who turned around and said that "Yeah, Emily needs to be involved in that." Emily picks up then, and her reply to my request to cancel was, "So what did you do instead?" I asked her, "Does it matter? I don't need it." She then tries to tell me I'm not on her schedule, and when I state the master order number, the date and pickup time, she goes, "Oh, it's for Monday, right?" I'm like, "For A Monday, yes." She then tells me it was cancelled and abruptly hangs up on me. So I then wait for a few minutes and call U-Haul directly. I'm told that it was NOT cancelled, but the lady I spoke to (who didn't give me a name) cancelled it right there, which I was able to confirm by logging into the U-Haul site (which in my naivety didn't know I could use to cancel it in the first place). I've not done any business with these people in the past, but the fact they even have someone like this Emily on their staff handling customers is something I think should raise a major red flag. The statements here in quotations are verbatim.
Reading other reviews on this place right before writing this one, something seems off about the 5-star ones on here. Be careful with them.
Edit as of 11/15/2016: A gentleman by the name of Ryan Boyer has emailed me, informing me that he is the manager for the U-Haul portion of this particular spot and that he received the information I included in the complaint I sent into U-Haul through U-Haul's site, that he agreed it was an unprofessional way to handle the cancellation and that he was going to handle the matter on his end. I'll consider trying them again in the future, given that [at least someone claiming to be] their manager has reached out to me about the problem.
