  This place was recommended to me. I will definitely be letting everyone know about this incident. My spouse and I called the beautician at this location to get my kid's hair cut and washed. The beautician called back 3 times to schedule an appointment on Thanksgiving Day 2017 at 8 a.m. We arrived at the facility at 7:45 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day. This beautician, Carmen Tavares, fail to show, fail to answer text messages, nor return a phone call to us as we sat from 7:45 a.m. until 8:35 a.m. waiting for her to show call or text. No communication from this beautician to change or cancel the appointment she called to set against our want to sleep in on the holiday. This is a level of unprofessionalism that says this place and everyone in it is representative of the one bad apple.
  
  Update: My spouse received a call at 9:35 am (1 hour and 35 minutes later) from the beautician, Carmen who apologized by saying her phone wasn't working to receive the calls or text messages. Okay, that explains why the calls, voice mails, and text messages weren't received for almost two hours. The appointment was for 8am in the morningif she had shown up, then no communication tools or messages would have been needed. Right? So why didn't she show up at 8am on a holiday after calling us to schedule the appointment on a holiday? Why? Is any excuse reasonable when she fails to follow up with set appointments? My daughter was disappointed as was I in the total disregard for my child and the disrespectful behavior of failing to show up for her work.

  An upscale salon and day spa with many skilled stylists, estheticians, massage therapists to choose from. Friendly knowledgeable staff.

  I have mix feelings about Kimberly, she was nice but everything that I'm used to getting she didn't do. When I get a pedicure, I am used to a foot massage and callus treatment. I didn't get any massage or callus treatment. Kim just scrubbed my foot for a sec and that's it!! I wanted nail art and said she wouldn't do it. All this lady does is paint nails and toes, does not go the extra mile. She also said my nails will last two weeks because of gel, well it lasted 2 days! Never going to her EVER! Also, was telling me that the area I live isn't far, I live 21 miles and took 35 min!! Not worth 28 bucks I paid on groupon!

  Horrible experience with Kimberly the nail technician. She makes appointments by text so I made an appointment for a Tuesday morning. When I showed up no one was there. After 20 min of waiting I texted Kimberly. She curtly responded my appointment was for Wednesday. Luckily everything was on text so I sent her a screen shot showing she gave me a Tuesday morning appointment. She didn't respond. I called her and she shrugged it off with an oops. Completely unapologetic. She said there is nothing she can do about it. She told me to go across the street to another nail salon if I wanted my nails done that day. Worst customer service ever and very disrespectful.
  
  I had driven over 30 min to the appointment. I made arrangements for someone to watch my baby so I can treat myself and ended up with more aggravation and treated extremely rudely.

  Best cut and style I've had in ten years or more. Ask for Valerie Christie. She does very trendy nails in all the current fashions.
