Friendly staff from the moment I walked in the door. My first time at this salon, I recommend it and will be back! I received a new full Solar nail set from HELEN, I am completely satisfied with her work, she listened to exactly what I wanted and provided just that! Although, while filing my nails, I did get cut with the file, Helen immediately shaved down the sides of this nail file and continued to work after making sure I was alright. I can't fault her, these files are sharp when brand new! The salon is top notch in furniture and décor and you don't get a bunch of face mask wearing tech's talking to each other and ignoring you. Deluxe seems to pride themselves in providing the best service from start to finish with each customer, definitely a higher end salon.

I've been going to deluxe for about 4 years now. Always clean and friendly. One time I had an issue with my NexGen manicure I went back in a week later and didn't have my receipt, but they re did my entire manicure free of charge (but with a huge tip). Pride themselves in customer service and quality. Highly recommended. If you have an issue, be upfront, and they will go out of their way to fix it. Also they give an excellent neck and shoulder massage so splurge for that extra bit 👌

The lady doing my nails filed them so hard they snapped due to being too thin. She also filed the skin around them so roughly that they were bleeding and very painful. The color I wanted needed a few more coats to be opaque, which she did not regard. I have never received a worse manicure.

Horrible!! The pedicure was awful. The ladies my daughter and I had rushed through it. They didn't even scrub our feet! They made me pay before they even finished. Lucky for them, otherwise i would not have paid them. We left there exactly the same as when we got there, with ruff heels. When I asked to talk to a manager they said he had left and all he can do is say sorry.

First time i came in here was awesome Not at all how i feel about THIS visit today! I visited i think her name was Anna? I went in for my eyebrow and chin wax She must have spent 5 minutes on BOTH my eyebrows and chin! My eyebrows dont look like they've been touched and i told the lady that my left eyebrow had a natural arch and that the right one needed to be done according to how the left one looks after being cleaned up. They are even 2 DIFFERENT LENGTHS NOW! I'm gonna have to go home and clean them up myself and try to make them match! She was very sloppy with the wax too! She took off one of my SIDEBURNS because of her carelessness letting it drip all over! When she went to the chin she got the wax all down my neck and into my hair! Oh, before She got to my chin though she took off half of my peachfuzz mustache! I didnt ask for that, it is peach fuzz that matches the color of my skin! It wasnt dark like my chin hair is SO IVE NEVER ASKED TO GET MY MUSTACHE DONE!!! And then had the nerve to say "at least that side is clean" and didnt even offer to do the other side for messing up! So I'm walking off with wax in my hair, messed up eyebrows and half of a peachfuzz mystache that i DID NOT say i wanted, I dont know what the point of filling out the paper is if they dont go by that in terms of distinguishing what services a customer wants! I filled it out and said i wanted EYEBROWS and CHIN wax, not MUSTACHE!!! I'm very unhappy and they're lucky I didn't walk out without paying, I've never been so unhappy in my life about waxing and customer service! Oh, and she left a TON of wax on my neck where it fell! I LOOK LIKE A MESS!! If there was a way to post a pic on here i WOULD! NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!

I was waiting for 40+ minutes to get acrylic nails only for them to tell me that they didn't have anyone there to do a new set. They gave me a gift card so that's good but otherwise BOOOO!!

Love love LOVE this place!!! Anna is my favorite nail tech! I drive 30 minutes every month just to come here. It's 100% worth it. The atmosphere is always clean, relaxing and generous. Anna does a great job and always asks about my family (who also make the drive just to come to this location.) I recommend this location and the entire staff. Very pleased!

Absolutely wonderful! When I walked in they treated nicely even though they were busy. They gave me a coke, and did my acrylic nails very well. The lady that did my nails was very nice and gentle, i found out later that her shift was over right before she did my nails nails, it was very nice of her to do my nails anyway. great service overall, accept the top coat (clear coat) they gave my friend was either to old or something because it made that color underneath wrinkle and come off. I will be going back there a lot anyways. they are so friendly. Recommended very much!
