They have worked on 3 different cars for me. They always find the problems and charges are reasonable.

I have took multiple cars up here over the last year or two. They have worked on everything from my 700 hp camaro, my foreign car and all newer model BMW owners know. Good foreign car mechanics a rare. He fixes our family van to our new Cadillac. I drive 45 minutes down the highway just to take my cars here. I've been all over. I've been to cincy speed, precision performance, lt1 king Mike Harris let's just say I been around and have had alot work done by a lot of the good ones. The detail into the job, the time took out to research issues, quality of work here is unmatched. Other places tell u what works but based on what's easier to install or high sales for them or its from a company they do business with etc. They have a guy named brandon at this shop. the most honest I've ever dealt with. Will tell you if you really need part or not. One time took 3 days to find me a rear end cause his compny he deals with was priced high on my model. but researched it to make sure was still good quality and will work. the 9.6s I was running in it at track says he was right.

Took my 2015 Ford Mustang here on 07/29 at 08:30 to have the stock exhaust removed and a Gibson performance exhaust installed. Brandon called me before the install at 10:36 and quoted me $88-120 to install the exhaust as they had to weld more piping on the resonator. I said that was fine and to do what the car needed for the exhaust to be installed. Car was not ready until 4:50 PM. I came to pick up the car and saw that the tail pipes were resting against the rear bumper. I was charged $207 for the install, far from what they quoted, and asked Brandon if the pipes would cause heat damage to the vehicle since they are touching. He responded with "they shouldn't". Just the drive from the shop back my house started to damage the bumper to my vehicle. Thankfully I have a spare vehicle and had to leave my car sit until 08/01 when Lee's reopened after the weekend.

On 08/01 I returned to Lee's and told them about the tail pipes damaging the rear bumper to which Brandon responded with "that's not good" and said he would have someone take a look at it. Brandon called at 10:16 and advised it was a manufacture issue with Gibson and they were trying to work with a representative from Gibson exhaust in 'pin-pointing' the issue. Brandon called again at 3:04 and said they were still waiting to hear back from Gibson and would like to show me what the problem was. I responded back to Lee's and Brandon advised that he had sent measurements of the pipes to Gibson and they were waiting to hear back from them still. He said that they needed to keep my car until Gibson responded.

After hearing nothing about my vehicle until 08/03, I called Lee's garage at 12:10 to check the status of my car. Brandon told me there was nothing they could do with it and Gibson had never got back with them. Frustrated and stressed out, I asked Brandon if they could just install the stock exhaust back onto the car to which he responded with "yes but we'll charge you". I said forget it and found a ride to get my vehicle back. I called Gibson myself at 3:28 PM and Victor advised that Lee's garage never provided them with measurements like they had asked, and they didn't understand why the car had been returned to me.

My mustang sat disabled until 08/07 when my father was able to take a look at it and fixed the issue within 10 minuets. All he had to do was bend the exhaust hanger to get the tail pipe away from the bumper. You're telling me that a garage couldn't figure that out? Such a simple fix after a week of chaos.

Do yourself a favor and don't take your car here for ANY kind of specialty work. Just don't do it. Save yourself the time and the headache. I'm sure they are a 'fine' mechanic shop that can 'take part off, put part on', but that's all I would trust them to do. Anything that requires attention to detail is not Lee's specialty. I guess I should have known that before taking a chance here. Won't make the same mistake twice.

We have been taking all of our vehicles to Lee's for 15 years. I have always felt that they take care of us and that they stand behind their work. They are good at communicating issues and providing quotes on the work. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
