I started using New Carlisle about four years ago for service of my Town and Country. Completely honest and helpful service department. They kept my vehicle in great shape. Then it was totaled. I was looking for a used Town and Country, but could not find exactly what I wanted. Chris Tobey personally helped me with my search. I test drove at least six vehicles, a couple of them for a day or more. There was no pressure or push for me to make a decision. When it was over Chris helped my wife and I decide on a new Pacifica. Fantastic car! Then a deer decided it wanted my part of the road. Back to New Carlisle Chrystler for body repair. I just got the car back and it looks fantastic. I think I would be fair to say they have a customer, and friend for life at New Carlisle Chrystler. I recommend you talk with them about any of your needs.

I needed to replace my Chrysler Town and Country minivan quickly. Spoke with Matt, we discussed what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. There wasn't anything that met my needs in inventory at that time. Matt spent time on the internet and found the perfect car for me. Never had a red car before but I loved it, and it came loaded with all the bells and whistles, much more than I expected. I will definitely return to New Carlisle Chrysler for my next car.

Best car buying experience ever. The staff took their time to find out what our needs were so we could get the right car for us. They were very informative, professional and caring. I have bought many cars in my lifetime (58 years) and this was definitely the best experience ever. Next time I need a car I will go straight to New Carlisle Chrysler.
