They were great! The communication was great and they were extremely nice and well ran, they painted 2 of my GTIs, and definitely will do any body work of mine in the future keep up the amazing work

I usually dont do reviews but i had to for these guys. Very friendly. They also kept me up to date on everything. Went to two shops before them got turned down because they were to busy. I went to see jerry and he took me in and looked at my car within 5 minutes of talking to him. Not only that but had my car back on the road in four hours. Good work and good people. They will definitly be seeing me again!

Every person at this establishment is friendly and courteous. Which shows what great people the owners are. Their work product is superior and they have always offered us a loaner car when needed. We’ve never had a problem but I’m sure if we ever did, Leahy’s would not hesitate to rectify it. I highly recommend them!

Don't get me wrong,their work is outstanding, customer service is acceptable,but as soon as you walk out the door they make fun of your weight,clothing style,and will make fun of any flaws you have amongst themselves,I know because I worked there.But I guess it's only the workmanship and how they are to your face that matters most.

When I needed repairs after an auto accident, my regular mechanic recommended Leahy's and said that's where he goes for body work. Jerry and the staff at Leahy's have been friendly, accommodating, and professional. I was kept up to date on the status of the repair and the ongoing communication with the other party's insurance provider. Leahy's handled all of the negotiations and I had peace of mind that someone experienced was taking care of this. My car came back beautifully restored and I'm confident that the repair was done right. Awesome experience with Leahy's!

Best damn customer service I have ever had! They went out of their way to get my damages fixed amd had the car back in less than a week so I had it in time for a business conference. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND YHIS BODY SHOP!!!!

If you truly want personal service, go to Leahys.
I have used Leahys twice. They did a great job both times. Not only do they do great work but everyone was friendly. They take the time to address your needs and offer different choices. And if you ask a lot of questions, they don''t get impatient or look at you like you have no intelligence.
The office is clean (as opposed to big auto body shops) and it's separate from the body shop so you don't have to deal with chemical smells or noise when talking with someone.
I like that they have a rental car available. I didn't have to bother someone to drive me.response / report this review -

Drove off the highway with the battery light on on my way to Pittsburgh from Philadelphia. Called Leahy and they saw me at 730AM. They were very understanding of my situation and were able to get me a new alternator and install it. I was on my way before 11 AM!
The shop is in a neighborhood and the owner's home is right there so you know he stands behind his work. They also do body work there. Experienced staff mechanics who know their business.response / report this review -

I recently had an automotive emergency, and being from out of town, I looked for nearby service centers on Google. I came across Leahys and read through their reviews. I was convinced and gave them a call. Boy, am I glad I did. They were very communicative and were accommodating to my situation – They even offered me a loaner so I didn't have to miss work – These guys are class acts and would them recommend anyone
