Initial sale was a decent experience overall. However, things have changed with customer service since. It seems that once you spend money nobody employed seems to care anymore. My wife's wedding set was sent for repair. Managers ensure "your ring is safe" and, "it will be back in less than two weeks." As of now, our wedding set is missing for almost 2 months. No store associate can tell me where my merchandise is currently at. Only that they will call when the ring returns to the store. Comforting to know that 4 grand is floating out there somewhere. I will absolutely never do business again with Leroy's, or any sterling jewelery company again. Also, if and when my ring does return, it will be checked by another jeweler to ensure my wife's ring still has actual diamonds. So shady.
