I frequent this facility when I'm in town. I have been a customer for a few years now. When I had a bad experience, the situation was rectified appropriately. Depending on who you work with, be sure to communicate your needs and what you expect from your treatment. Service is swift and prompt. My only complaint would be the price increase for the touch up service, and sometimes it's hard to get an appointment, but that means business is good right lol. I miss Jenny/Jennifer she was so cool n genuine, I believe she had a baby but haven't seen her in long time so I don't think she's with them anymore. The new lady who services me is just as knowledgeable and kind so all is good 👍

They’re nice but I felt the staff didn’t know what they were doing for my skin color when removing my tattoo. I got 2 different answers in regard to the level I was with the laser.
Also after some research I found that their laser is outdated for tattoo removal. After going somewhere else I found that picoway was a lot better and less painful. Didn’t feel hot and leave blisters. It was also the same price. So for anyone getting tattoo removal unfortunately I wouldn’t say they’re the absolute best for this.

Laser lights was very organized and very covid conscious! Vida was very comforting through my first laser hair removal. I was very nervous about the pain and the process not working on me. I am already impressed with the results after only one visit! She was also very precise and did a very good job. She answered all my questions and explained the process well. I will be continuing all my laser procedures with her! She’s also such a sweet woman!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I've been going to Laser Lights for laser removal on my birthmark. From my initial consultation, I've been thoroughly impressed by friendliness of the staff, cleanliness and services I have received.

Vida is incredible. She's so sweet and transparent with everything! I was afraid that the laser would be painful and she assured me that it was nothing to worry about -- she was right! I was offered a special price for a 6 treatments package, however, I declined that simply because I was skeptical of it not working. Big mistake on my part because I have been thrilled with my results thus far.

I will definitely recommend Laser Lights to everyone and I look forward to trying their other services that they offer.

Have mad 3 trips . Had laser on brown spots wasn't thorough. It then 2 chemical peel that barely worked. Will not go back money down the drain

So I first went to a different laser place for my treatments and it did not work at all, but then I came to Laser Lights and I am so glad I did. I started seeing results instantly! Christine and Emily are the best, and they always do such an amazing job. Definitely would recommend!

I highly recommend Laser Lights! Ask for Christine for your first appointment. She will answer all your questions and concerns. She is extremely friendly and will make you feel completely comfortable and relaxed during your treatments!

I loved my experience with Laser Light! Christine was super amazing and helpful! I was extremely nervous going in for a tattoo removal, but she reassured me and did a really great job! Everyone in the office are so kind and polite!! I definitely recommend them for any kind of treatment!

I am a African American Male who was in need of tattoo removal. The dreaded tattoo was of my ex wife's name plastered on my chest and, I initially wanted to have it covered up (my new wife wasn't thrilled about seeing the name each time I took off my shirt). The tattoo shop referred me to Laser Lights to have the tattoo removed opposed to a cover up, and I am so happy they did! I hadn't done any research as I was running out of time to have it removed before the birth of our daughter, so I just stopped by. The environment was very welcoming and the staff was extremely friendly. I had my consultation with Christine and she told me it would only take 15 mins and was able to do it righ away, (which I wasn't expecting) but she made me so comfortable that I went through with it. I explained the situation and that my wife was pregnant and I needed it removed before the baby arrived. The name being removed was Felicia, so we joked that we would be saying "bye Felicia". My wife was with me on the day of the initial treatment as I was only stopping to get information, so she sat in the car. After the first session was completed , Christine walked out to the car with me to tell my wife the good news. I figured my wife wouldn't believe me that I started the removal process, again I was only going in to get information and it took less that 15 mins. As I suspected, she didn't believe me, and Christine shared the joke that we said "bye Felicia" and that brought my wife to tears (happy tears that is). The removal only took two sessions which I was actually disappointed because I developed a great rapport and relationship with Christine and the entire staff at Laser Lights. I was however thrilled that the treatment was done before the birth of our daughter in February. Today, I received a call from a non stored number, but when I answered and heard Christine's friendly voice on the other end, I completely lit up like a kid on Christmas. Laser Lights is indeed a 5 star facility and they make you feel like family. I highly recommend laser lights to anyone looking for laser tattoo removal as well as any other services they offer, you will not be disappointed!

I have been going to this location for 6 years now. Every experience I had was amazing. I will admit that my services have been better since their management changed. They pay attention to every detail now and the staff is very pleasant each time I go and I go a lot. I tried other places when I moved but end up coming right back because I could not find service like I can there.

From the moment I walked in the energy was pleasant, lively, and I was greeted right away! My consult was thorough ; explanation of the service, costs, testimonials, photos.. I was very comfortable! Been going to Laser lights now 1x a week for the viora skin tightening and I'm very pleased with the results and mostly the service received! The staff is ABOVE exceptional!

I am African American with a medium brown tone. I was referred to laser lights from my dermatologist office because they discontinued the service, after my first treatment at laser lights I noticed that the hair in the area where I was receiving treatment was not growing back between treatments which was amazing to me because normally I would see growth after four weeks at the dermatologist office and my treatment schedule was every 5 weeks so I was very happy, not only that but the staff who is doing my laser treatment uses a different laser on me which is virtually pain-free and she is very thorough. I would definitely recommend laser lights Duluth to anyone I know they do a great job and I feel I can trust them with all my skin care needs.

I love the staff at Laser Lights. Oreta takes care of my skin tightening with Viora. Jennifer at the front desk can answer all your questions. Dr. David Whiteman is now the owner and with Jackie managing the office, you won't be disappointed. They have all the newest laser treatments available. I wouldn't go anywhere else because I know I'm in great hands there!
