Harrison Spires!!!

If you're looking for an attorney that truly cares and will fight for you till the end he is the one. My wife and I were involved in an accident with a tractor trailer almost 2 years ago. Our car was totaled. Another attorney (Montlick) we had reached out to just for a consultation actually went ahead and contacted the insurance company without our permission, which delayed our case. I was so upset and contacted the Simon Law Firm after reading the great reviews. We met with Harrison and the rest is history. He immediately fixed the situation with the insurance provider which allowed us to get our car paid off and find another vehicle. What a blessing!! Harrison was honest with us from the jump about how much we should expect to get from the case based on our injuries and the treatment needed and how long it should take. He didn't sell us a dream like you see on all these commercials and that is what was most impressive. He kept in continuous contact with us throughout the process via email and by phone. The Firm sent us gift cards during the pandemic to make sure we were ok. If that's not good service I don't know what is. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a REAL attorney not those radio and TV commercial guys who just want the quickest settlement. Simon Law Firm is a stellar and honest firm!

I went to Christopher Simon law firm after being involved in a car accident. It was my first accident that I opted to retain a lawyer and I am pleased I made the decision. I firmly believe God led me to the Simon Law Firm after my mother was killed in a car wreck and my daughter and sister were severely injured due to someone else's negligence! Harrison Spires is the most compassionate person you could ever meet, on top of being very intelligent and knowledgeable about his work! Chris and Harrison have made me feel as though I am their only client!! There is not a day or time , including weekends, that I can't call or text that Harrison doesn't talk with me and comfort me! I worked with Tyler Bridgers from this law firm. I was in an auto accident and he was able to advise me on great doctors that I could research and also what to expect from the entire process of trying to get a settlement from the insurance companies.

Tyler made himself available and was excellent at making sure I was well informed through every step. I felt like he cared and that's pretty important when you are trusting someone with guiding you through the system.

This firm has the knowledge, credentials and know-how to get you a fair settlement. My father was involved in an auto accident that wasn't his fault, happened on the job, and caused significant physical injuries. The Simon law firm directed us in all of our options and helped my dad receive fair settlements more quickly and more generous than I'd ever imagined. Industry percentages are about the same for attorneys in this field, so why would anyone pay the same amount for lesser representation. Once you find the Simon Law Firm, stop looking! I am so thankful that when I used Google to search for an attorney that my first call was to Harrison at Simon law firm. I really can't find enough words to express what an amazing job he did in a very difficult situation (The loss of an immediate family member). He was patient, helpful, honest (always honest), and never failed to return emails and phone calls in a timely manner. Without any doubt, Chris is the best!
When I first spoke to him, I was very skeptical, nervous and also very hesitant! All because it was the first time talking to a lawyer! But I was so relieved and happy to have him as my lawyer! He treated us like family and I guess by the end of the first meeting, he knew me more than I knew myself!!! He understood me so well and made me feel very comfortable.
Chris and his team have handled my case so well; they made me feel important and valued! It shows basically how nice a human being he is! He treated the case as though it was his own and helped me at each step!

Chris was a pleasure to work with, from the beginning to the end. He was honest and candid with me every step of the way. It was clear that he had my best interest at heart, and worked hard to be my advocate. Even though I made all the decisions pertaining to my case and was in complete control of the direction it went in, Chris handled the majority of the work so that I didn't have to worry about being stressed out in addition to my daily work and responsibilities.
