Place is no doubt expensive, my lady n i spent $20.25 on two "sandwich & half soup(or salad)" deal. Lot of money for real but lord have mercy they have the best new England chowder in the state. N the blt sandwich was insanely delicious. Great place to go once in a while of u can afford it

Always delicious. They have a nice unique selection of food. I love that they include a roll and chocolate dipped strawberry with your meal as well. If you want to go for a dessert, they've got great ones!

Initially I have been impressed with this restaurant especially since they have a great kids menu. My kids are picky eaters and I was able to find something they would eat.

On our last visit, the cashier was handling payment, the register and food all with the same gloves on, customer after customer. Quite disgusting! This is a training error likely. I reached out to corporate so they could address training issues. They didn’t seem to care much for my suggestion. I haven’t gone back since and very unimpressed with corporate response.

Awful! I got the garden chowder soup and it was gross. It was more like mystery chowder surprise with a thick layer of oil on the top. I mean "chowder" is supposed to be thick! It was extremely watered down. I would have had a better time with a cup of water. The soup was so bad is was like someone boiled water, poured in some 1% milk, dropped a bag a frozen veggies in it and topped it off with a gallon of oil. The worst part in all this is that the manager said "I will check on it". But in her tone of voice which was extremely not caring she probably kept it and decided the horrible soup was fit for other customers because who cares about what the pay for.

Very disappointed in the quality and quantity of the food. My chicken chipotle salad had half the amount if corn and beans as I've got at other locations, so I might as well have got lettuce. My Yucatan chicken tortilla soup had no vegetables and no chicken, it was just broth. There was only the guacamole and tortilla strips that were added after. Needs huge improvement.

I think it is a bit overpriced. It is good but nor really affordable. The kids meals are tiny so if you have a little bit older kids not a good choice. The food is good but nothing absolutely special. 2 of their soups taste just like mine I make.

Zupas is always a good fall-back option for lunch or dinner. I've liked almost everything I've had here, though I'm not as much a fan of the sandwiches as I am the salads. Prices are decent, considering the amount of food you get plus a roll and chocolate covered strawberry with each meal! The protein cobb salad is one of my favorites! I wish I could replicate their herb vinaigrette!

Several years ago Zupas was our favorite place to eat. My two boys loved eating their grilled cheese sandwiches and my wife and I loved their try 2 combo. We would seriously eat there nearly every week, sometimes twice. We started going less and less as their prices would rise and eventually we just stopped going. Wanting to go back despite the price increase we decided to go there for the first time in over a year. Big mistake. Upon entering it was apparent that we were not the only ones who has abandoned their love for Zupas as the entire place was empty at 6:00pm on a Friday night. Not only had Zupas changed the menu to remove some of our favorite items but, big shock, the prices increased again and to the point of ridiculousness. Needless to say we will not be going back. Zupas, you broke our heart.

I love eating here Service is fast, good salad options and always a large selection of soups. They give you a complimentary chocolate dipped strawberry which is a nice touch. Always excellent service.

I visited this location on Saturday around 2:30 to 3pm, 4/29/17. It was my best Zupas experience so far out of any location. As expected the food was incredible. From the moment we arrived, the staff was more friendly, helpful and attentive than they needed to be. Service was fast. Once we got our food, every single table that wasn't occupied had been cleaned off and was ready for use. Everything was clean and in order. This will Zupas of choice in the future. Great experience. Thank you!!!

Great food especially the salads. Friendly staff and efficient too. The dining area was a little messy and unkept.

Unfortunately this location has gone down hill we came in on a Friday night and the employees behind the counter were a bunch of giggly teens just messing around and chatting with each other. Some of which had their long curly hair hanging everywhere, no hair nets and hardly pulled back. My wife ordered a salad with no onions, tomatoes or peppers. The first scraggly worker wrote it on the box and we proceeded down the line. As they were all goofing off behind the counters we paid for our food and left. We came home and come to find out that the girl who added the other ingredients to my wife's salad neglected the instructions to not add the specific toppings that were written on the box by her fellow coworker.

Where did the fantastic service of zupas go? Why are we now dealing with irresponsible kids that just want to goof off rather than do their jobs?

Pretty good experience. The staff was helpful and friendly. But they where lacking in knowledge of the menu. We eat gluten free for allergies and they couldn't tell us what to avoid. Stating that only the chefs were allowed to know what was in the meals. Not very cool if you have to avoid something. 5 stars of they fix this and 5 stars for the staff.
