The massive flooding from Hurricane Ian caused my septic pump tank to collapse and filled my drain field with sand/dirt. I contacted a few different septic companies to diagnose the issue and quote me for replacement/repair. Carlos Labrador at Lapin was the most helpful and honest person I spoke to regarding the issue. He offered advice and even came by on his day off to assess the situation and help me choose a replacement system. Despite being very busy, and me having so many questions, Carlos was always patient and willing to help. My decision to choose Lapin was most influenced by my interactions with Carlos. Very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. As a bonus, the price quoted by Carlos was less than I expected.
When Carlos visited my home he saw that I had many exotic animals housed in enclosures outdoors, so he made sure to notify the installation team that accommodations would need to be made to ensure the animal enclosures were not disturbed. The installation team, lead by Robert Consider, worked carefully to avoid dirt touching any of the enclosures. I was amazed with how carefully they maneuvered the heavy machinery! They were very respectful of my property and the animal enclosures. Great job!response / report this review -

One of their nasty employees driving Lapin’s truck number 606 today on 12/09/2022 at approximately 2PM thought it was funny to park his Lapin truck directly behind me blocking me in as I was trying to back out. I said “excuse me” as he ignored me trying to quickly walk into Wendy’s. He sarcastically said, “oh, I’m in YOUR way”. I said yes. He said “that’s a lift station you’re parked into”. Mind you I had been there may be 30 seconds due to me looking for something I had dropped inside of my car. And it was a one way which is why I parked because there were cars behind me at the time trying to exit. Mind you, there is no lift sign facing this parking spot either. As I was leaving I did see a sign facing the side of the exit and entry near the side walk which is NOT the entry I came in. I came in through the front. So how are people suppose to know that that space is reserved if it’s facing the exit away from the parking spot. And even if the sign was facing the parking spot, I was only there for a few seconds. This driver was clearly trying to be nasty to me. Sir, you were illegally parked facing incoming traffic trying to block me into that spot and as you can tell by the images I’ve attached he wasn’t using his turning signals and he did not use orange cones when he attempted to walk into the Wendy’s parked in a one way lane facing the wrong direction just to be nasty. Just because you were driving a business truck, doesn’t mean you get to ignore traffic regulations. If you would have walked into that Wendy’s, I would have called the police on you. Instead of you informing me it was a lift station because again there is no sign facing that parking spot, you decided to be a je rk. Was it really worth it to cause Lapin a negative review. Your employment at Lapin should be reevaluated. If you are like this on the job you must be a piece of work off the clock.

Lapin saved the day- two WONDERFUL men came out September 28. - the day the hurricane was going to come- and pumped out my septic tank. It was raining and they were so informative and happy. $$ Tip these workers $$ - they deserve it!

I highly recommend Lapin for all of your plumbing needs. I’ve used the service for my catering business for over 10 years and recently had them fix and replace the cast iron pipes in my historic home. I had roots growing into the pipes. They did an amazing job and also diagnosed a problem with the main water line which would have caused major damage to the house if not fixed. This is a business you can trust to do the job right at the proper price.

We had our septic tank pumped out today. Greg was very professional and very helpful. He did a great job! We have used Lapin for years and the quality of work has always be excellent. Besides pumping out our septic tanks they also replaced a drain field 2 years ago. Another excellent job! I highly recommend their work.
