I called Energy Today and they were very efficient. They had the electrician Matt Dallass to fix the empty slot in the electric panel for our home insurance requirements. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He gave me a great price. He provided great work and excellent customer service. Thank you Matt!

In two words? "Guest Recovery!!!" After a bit of a bumpy first interaction with another appraiser, Jordan and I hit it off really well. The gentleman showed up on time (which for Poinciana was a huge plus!) and we got to work on my project. Was the final estimate higher than the first, it was. But it was also expected, and I wasn't surprised. Energy Today even stepped up and took up work that was not normally within their scope because Best Buy left me hanging.
Jordan set down and explained to me all the factors involved. He helped me understand where the first mistakes were taken. During the entire process he was professional and respectful.
At the end of the day, I was better informed, happy with what I was paying for and more importantly, I was left with a good faith feeling about the company I just hired.response / report this review -

I was in need of a electrical switch replaced. I had a friend come and do it but he couldn't so I called Energy Today. I was happy that Matt could come that day. I had called around 9:00 and was surprised when he came around 11:00 or so. Matt was very professional, personable and so very nice. He gave me estimate on electrical box, and the other work I had requested. I had asked him also to replace a closet light and he went to Home Depot to get one. I was so impressed with him. The electric switch was behind my bed so I had it apart and Matt was so kind as to put the bed back up. I was so appreciative. I would definitely recommend this company for the fast service for one and the very professional, excellent work I had received. In the past I never had the need to call an electrical company but was so happy that I picked the right one. Matt thank You for all you did for me. You are certainly an asset to the company!!

Jay was respectful and courteous. He answered all our questions and even shared other info regarding Florida regulations pertaining to our problem. He's very knowledgeable and was done within an hour. Cool Today Plumbing is the only plumbing company we'll use and we'll always check to see if Jay is available.

I called to see about a leak I had. The service tech was great, knowledgeable, and explained everything, very professional. The cost estimate for a repair and a re-pipe was almost the same price and the estimate for the re-pipe was comparable to other estimates I had received in the past since I knew I needed a re-pipe, this was something I had to do, so I chose this company I was given an appt the following Monday, the crew was great, I will explain why I thought so, they were very savvy and found ways to minimize damage to my home, my home is a bit older so they had to come up with various unique ways to get pipes in and around my home. They actually discussed things and asked ME what I wanted and where I wanted certain faucets, or if I wanted to keep certain plumbing, (shower heads, etc) etc. They were clean, very detailed, and very friendly. The holes they had to make were as small as they could make them so as not to create a huge mess. They did not mind me asking questions and understood that I as a homeowner needed to see what was being done just in case I needed to do work in the future. Unlike other companies, the workers were personable and took care of doing a good job, and were very respectful of my home and of my pets, and my time. I am still waiting on inspection and the dirt being placed back but I have to say that all in all I am quite pleased, I didn't feel price gouged, or that they were doing a shoddy job. It's stressful enough having to shell out lots of money or not having water, or having stuff all over the place for a re-pipe but at least I didn't feel the stress of having poor workmanship or nasty attitudes in my home.
