James was excellent. Very professional and I am totally satisfied w his work.
Now, Sansone Air, who just bought out this company has some sneaky charges like an $89 DISPATCH service. And trouble w the office people returning my calls, as well as my husband’s. However, I have zero issue w James who was totally great and I recommend him for anyone.
Sansone, well I am angry w them! Who charges a dispatch charge and what the heck is it????!!!!!! Oh wait it gets better, the Dispatch Manager never bothered to call my or my husband’s call!response / report this review -

A very professional, responsive and competent plumbing contractor. They sent James out and he was very knowledgeable with a tricky diagnostic plumbing issue. He performed a camera sewer line inspection and was very thorough explaining his findings and interpretations. Their pricing is competitive and they are completely transparent about what you'll pay - no surprises. It looks like I found a solid company should I have any future plumbing needs.

I called several other companies with either no response or no availability. Red Rooter was very responsive and had a tech out within hours. Upon arrival James was straight forward and honest. He quickly stopped the water and fixed the leak. The pricing was upfront and competitive. James was very personable and I felt comfortable with him completing the repairs. He gave before and after inspection photos proving the integrity of his work. I’m very pleased with Red Rooter overall and will call them in the future if need be.

I was extremely happy with the service that Red Rooter provided. They responded to my call right immediately and had the job scheduled the next day (which is when I specified it). I was quoted a great price for my bathroom plumbing. Anthony was on-time, polite, and professional.

Eric Perez was very kind to shift our appointment to a later time so that we could try to get medical care for an older family member. When all of the options to clear a massive plug in our condo’s community sewer line failed, Eric called on the pressurized flush truck. He stayed the whole time (about 4 hours) until the job was done. Great service!! And Fair prices. Would highly recommend.
