I had a great experience with West End plumbing and having my water heater replaced. They brought everything up to code and their price beat ALL of their competitors. Adam (the owner) was very attentive and responsive throughout the whole process. Don't look elsewhere

First off, West End Plumbing offered us a very competitive price. Customer service was very good. Mike and Justine, who came to install a new Rheim Water Heater to replace the old one in our condo, were on time, courteous, professional, and thorough. They were meticulous and studious in keeping things clean and ordered from start to finish, and in putting down a tarp along the path into our kitchen so as not to dirty our floors. They did an excellent job cleaning the built in tray to our water heater. They explained what they were doing and answered all our questions and, at the end, Mike arranged with the city the day for our inspection. They charged us exactly what we were told it was going to cost. No hidden fees or costs. They were scrupulous in cleaning up before they left. We will use West End Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs.

Had slab leak in office wall called west end plumbing. Gary Brown was the technician to arrive extremely polite and and very knowledgeable . Two other gentleman Patrick and Derek ran the reroute through the attic. I am extremely happy with the service and would always call West End Plumbing.

Thank you West End Plumbing!!! My company manages rental units throughout South FloridaWest End Plumbing will be the only company I call for all of our plumbing needs. One of our units had a plumbing issue. West End came in quickly, found the break, and completed a difficult job with ease, efficiency, and professionalism. When they were finished, they left the unit in perfect condition for my guys to retile the unit. They really and truly are the best!!

We had a new kitchen sink put in 3 months ago, and we were surprised when we had a flood from under the sink. It was NOT done by West End. Apparently a pipe was not glued as it should have been. I looked on our community FB page for plumber recommendations and several recommended West End Plumbing. They were responsive, came within 2 hours of my call, Gary Brown redid the plumbing, which looked a lot better then the original work done by someone else. We are West End customers from now on! Here is my before and after photos.
