While my experience at Lannan didn't end with the purchase of a vehicle (I was looking at one specific, non-Chevy car they had on the lot), it deserves mention. I found the staff from the receptionist Amanda, to John P. in Sales, and Joe in finance to be welcoming, knowledgeable and not overbearing in any way. They were accommodating in holding the vehicle for me with a modest, refundable deposit and great upon my arrival to test drive at the dealership. John P., in particular, was responsive, listened, and gracious when I decided the vehicle wasn't a fit. My deposit was promptly refunded and I wouldn't hesitate to engage with these folks again if I saw something of interest down the road. A positive and professional experience overall.

I had an accident with my KIA Optima and my auto insurance company (Metropolitan) recommended several approved body shops for the appraisal and repair. I selected Lannan Chevrolet from the list, and I’m awfully glad I did! Everything from walking into the Body Shop door to getting my car back in sparkling condition couldn’t have gone smoother. Everyone was friendly and everything they said, and did, was problem free. And to make matters incredibly easy, both the appraiser and the car rental agent are also on-site. My car looked fabulous when I picked it up – it looked the way it did on the day I bought it. And it might have been even cleaner - it was washed, vacuumed, dusted, wheels polished, you name it!! (I don’t even have the tiniest negative thing to say about them.) I would recommend Lannan to everyone!

Lannan of Lowell has provided me with the best car buying experience I have had. Everything was quick and easy, and everyone made sure I was well taken care of. They cut down the process time of buying a car by several hours and I highly recommend buying a vehicle here. My experience with Steve was the by far the best and easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. He catered to my every need. If you need or want a vehicle, come ask for Steve.

Great place to purchase a new Chevrolet. Steve Stempien made my commercial vehicle purchase easy and hassle free. Also, follow up and assistance after the sale was great. Everyone else I encountered was also professional and helpful. I highly recommend Lannan and Steve.

We recently worked with Dave Aranda for our new 2017 Malibu. He made the whole process so painless, and was wonderful to work with. All employees (sales, finance, etc.) were helpful and friendly. This is our second lease at Lannan, and we will continue to work with them. They certainly make the car buying experience much easier!

I would recommend seeing and talking to Jimmy T. who made the experience of buying a newer car for my wife and I a pleasant and easy one! He's not your typical pushy salesman, but one who was attentive to our needs and was there to assist us from the beginning to the end. He was very helpful and informative. Hello, I just wanted to share my experience. I recently decided to finance my previous lease on a 2015 Cruze. Jimmy T was awesome; he made the process quick and easy. He went out of his way to pick up my vehicle at my job to complete the registration. He even put some gas in my car because it was running low! If you're in need for a new vehicle, ask for Jimmy T! He will definitely go out of his way to make sure you're happy. Thanks again Jimmy!

Just bought a 2014 Chevy Equinox LTZ from Jimmy T at Lannan. I couldn't be happier with the vehicle I purchased and the service that I received from this dealership. Jimmy was more concerned about getting me into a vehicle that I would enjoy rather than making the sale which was important to me. I left happy and my father left content knowing I now have a safe vehicle to drive in. Definitely recommend going here!
