The owners are lovely kind people, and I love the people who worked in actually fixing my car, stellar job!!
But the front desk ladies are so RUDE and unfriendly. They gave me attitude when I went to pick up my car. New front desk staff would be great.

Experience here was terrible. Beware of Aldrich Auto Body. Ladies in the office are the rudest people I have ever met. VERY unprofessional. Upon arrival of my vehicle, I expressed concerns on my front drivers side tire that had flattened from the accident I was in. Woman ignored me and said it was from the "weather". Upon reiteration of my concern, I was assured that the tire would be taken care of. My vehicle is brand new, purchased in April, crashed in early June. It should not be flat, except from the accident. After having my vehicle in the shop until mid July (OVER A MONTH) my tire is still FLAT.

Do not go there shop if you believe in customer-service. I had my rear bumper painted in March of 2017. The paint started peeling May 2017. I asked them to do a redo. This redo only resulted in my car looking worse than when I brought it and. I spoke to The Body Shop manager Mike regarding it and he tried to tell me that's what it looked like when I brought it in. In the pictures clearly show that that's not the case. Near the sensors be completely took off the paint and it's chipped in the circular sections as you'll be able to see in pictures. I requested to have my money back-and I'll go somewhere else and have a painted correctly they refused and said it was my fault. I've never experience such horrible service And non communication regarding a repair. The only way you will be treated with respect is if you're doing an insurance claim. I paid cash and felt like I was thrown to the back-burner because I wasn't doing a clean with a good charge out more. The redo was suppose to take 2 days they kept it for 3 and still couldn't get it right.

By chance I chose this business when I was in a csr accident. The first place that I went in Sterling said my car was not salvageable. It was totaled. I had it switched to Aldrich and they did an amazing job. Everyone is super friendly here. I would absolutely recommend them.
