These guys built my dream bike a few years back. Sure, it is true that money can't buy you happiness, but Its a bit hard to not be happy when riding on a custom Ural! Thiago and Dmitry from the shop have always been helpful. It is great to have a relationship with them throughout the years.

I would highly recommend this dealer! Ordered a new Ural bike for my dad who lives in MS. Very knowledgeable, professional, provides the best level of service when I have questions, and on top of that offers the best pricing. Ural of New England is amazing, I have never experienced the level of commitment to customer service I received here at any other time in my life. Working with service manager Thiago Dos Santos was a flawless experience from the moment I dropped my Patrol off, to the day I picked it up, Thiago always kept in touch, letting me know how things were going. We communicated mostly by email, and I was always impressed by his rapid response.
From the the staff, to the showrooms, this dealership is a class act, the fact that people from all over the country would choose to purchase their Ural here, and have it shipped to them, speaks volumes about the reputation Ural of N.E. has, and the trust they have earned. Having one of the best dealerships in the country just an hour away makes my Ural ownership just that much better.

Ural of New England is really THE BEST! For those of us that have a Ural, we don't have a lot of options for local service and we could just get what we get but that isn't what Thiago and his staff give you! They give way more than 100%! They go above and beyond to answer all of your questions and provide impeccable service. They are professional and they want you to be pleased with what they do. They actually go out of their way for you! I would highly recommend Thiago and his coworkers for all your Ural needs! Only get five stars because that is all I'm allowed to give!

Our wonderful experience started on 3 July and on 23 July our beautiful baby "Boris" was brought to us in New Mexico, all the way from MA. Dimitri was the first person we spoke to and he was extremely helpful and patient with our questions. Afterwards, he put us in touch with Darrell, again absolutely wonderful. Darrell helped us with the MANY questions and changes we made once selecting our Gear Up. Then we dealt with Cheryl, and absolutely wonderful, kind, helpful and knowledgeable lady in the financing department. We also spoke with John in parts, this quy knows everything you need to know and will help you find what you're looking for. All in all, every step of our purchasing process was amazing, and when our "Boris" was delivered to us, my day was absolutely made..Ivan, the delivery man, looked EXACTLY like my little brother Tony. To make it even better Ivan was just as wonderful as my little brother. Ivan and Roman very carefully unloaded our "Boris", went through everything with my husband and I, and answered any question we had. It was actually sad to see them leave. We have enjoyed taking Boris out for our learning rides, and everywhere we go, everyone smiles and waves. As much as we love this new Ural, people around it love it too. Thank you a million times over for such a pleasant purchasing experience from such a long ways away. Your team is definitely top-notch and honestly, they all deserve a special thanks from their boss. These guys are beyond incredible, and will take amazing care of you. Car dealerships can have a bad rap, but Olga, Fernando, Thiago, Marian, and the rest of the team are people who go above and beyond for their customers and truly take pride in what they do. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Plus, they have gorgeous, unique cars and motorcycles and are clearly passionate about their vehicles.

I have been pleased with the service for my Ural. They get back to me when I send emails or phone calls quickly. They have kept the bike in top shape, and always do a thorough check of the whole bike, even when I drop it off for something else.

A U.S. Navy Sailor, I purchased a 2015 Ural cT from Ural of New England through e-mail while deployed at sea. The sales staff was very patient with my fussing over every detail of the bike setup and accessory selection. I never felt neglected by them, nor did I feel that they were pushy. They made the purchase process go very smoothly.

I've had to submit multiple warranty claims against the bike and, again, Ural of New England has made the process painless. Of particular note are Thiago, the Service Manager and John, the Parts Manager. These two have processed my claims quickly and shipped parts immediately, which ensured that my bike was up and running in no time. Not only are they good at their jobs, but they also communicate the status of the process very effectively and are genuinely friendly, good people.

New England is an expensive place to live and Ural of New England's prices reflect that, but what you can't tell by browsing their website, looking at prices, is the top-tier service that you're getting for that price. These are people that, as far as I can tell, genuinely seem to care about their customer's satisfaction and experience. Despite having multiple Ural dealers between Massachusetts and me in Virginia, I will definitely purchase from Ural of New England again in the future.

My wife brings her 2005 C230 here for service and is always treated with respect. The tuneups and repairs are top notch. The service team communicates with her if there are any delays or additional work than is needed. She has 135,000 miles on the car and is aiming for 200K! If she keeps taking it to AlphaCars, the car will easy make this goal.
