  I have been with United Security for over 25 years and have been very pleased. I recently discussed my auto policy with Amber Freeze and , as always, was very pleased. She ended up saving me money on my policy . Keep up the good work .

  My agent is Amanda Freeze, Bridgeport,WV. She is so professional, thoughtful and helpful. Anytime I call her with a questions she will take her time in answering my questions and she makes me feel like I’m her only client not making me feel like okay let’s hurry up I have other things to do. I would and have recommended her to family and friends. You won’t go wrong with Amanda and United Security Agency.

  We’ve had insurance through United Security Agency for about 20 some years. I have had numerous companies try to get us to change, but we’ve always been treated very well here, and that’s where we’re staying. Great. customer service, always there, if you have questions. We also had a claim once, on our home owners insurance, and they came out within days, and we had our money to fix our damage, within days as well. Another thing.we didn’t have any accidents or claims on our auto insurance for a few yrs so when we did have a claim, it was covered totally. Great Company!!

  The Ladies and gentlemen at this business are a golden gift to people with insurance needs. Jessica Snopps has been me and my families agent for year now and many more to come. I came to her today with a mutual customer of ours, with insurance quote needs. Jessica was able to lower my customers payments $200/mo and added renters insurance to my party’s policy within 20 minutes of contact. If you want professional and quick service from smiles you can feel over the phone, take your business here. I’ll never go somewhere else, I feel like family here, not a customer or a paycheck, but valued. 10/10

  Brittany Tate is the best insurance agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is professional and friendly through the entire process. She has in the course of the last two years helped me save tons of money on the 2 policies I have contracted with them and I plan on adding another policy soon! If your looking for someone that will do all they can to assist you and more ask for Brittany!
