My wife and I test drove a car and submitted an offer over the phone a few days later. I was told the sales manager would call me back the same day. The next day came and no call my 3pm. I had to call the gentleman who we were working with, to see why the sales manager hasn’t called. I was again told that the sales manager would call me that day.

The next day, same thing. No email, no calls. I called again and was told: we talked about your offer but the best I can do is a couple hundred bucks off. I upped my offer and he said he would again speak with his manager and have the manager call me back.

Three days later and still no call from the sales manager, who I was told would call me.

I don’t work in a sales environment, but I would imagine that an email or phone call back would be common courtesy.

Took both of my parents vehicles in and could not be happier for their great service. Kurt made sure the work was done and Karen was very helpful in recommending a company that details vehicles. This is the only place that my father trusts. I am very happy to meet them and wish them much happiness in the future.

I have always had great service from Lakeside. Kurt and Brian have been particularly helpful, either with genuine problems or with just concerns of mine which have turned out to be nothing. Exemplary service, fully recommended.
