This review is for Trevell Burton at Betten Baker. This young man was very kind and helpful. We went in and let him know from the get go that we had already tried to buy our lease but that with as many miles as we'd put on it were unable to get financing and we were wondering about trading in again for a purchase as the miles kept wracking up bit that it would be unlikely to go through.
Despite that he was very gracious with his time and attitude. Greatly appreciate excellent customer service that seems rare these days especially when a sale was unlikely!

After going to a few other dealerships with no success, let alone attentive sales personnel, I had to beg my husband to go to 1 more dealership before going home. I wanted to get to Betten Baker, after all I've heard great things about this dealer. We then walked in one dark night and Amos was there to great us. He helped us until the wee hours of the night (it seemed) until I was able to drive away w the car I thought was too pretty for my budget. They made it happen and under budget. I love my Buick Encore and WE would highly recommend Betten Baker Coopersville to anyone, in a heartbeat!

Seriously the best Dealership in West Michigan! Me and my fiance had tried multiple dealerships before coming to Betten-baker with no luck. We thought we would have to settle with the scary vehicle we had "Famous" Amos and Steve, however, were able to get us out of a bad car situation and on the road with a great vehicle! They seriously went above and beyond to make sure we got the best possible deal too! Super friendly, no pressure folks! Couldnt have asked for a better deal or team! We are customers for life! Professional, non-intimidating, friendly. Owners have established a culture of car sales that deviates from the norm. NO pressure, just options. They truly care about what works best for you. I worked with Trevell Burton and had an awesome buying experience. Betten Baker made my car buying experience painless and easy. I would recommend buying a car from here to anyone. Nick Thrall did a great job helping me find the right car for the right price! Nick was very attentive, friendly and understanding to everything I wanted, to how much i could spend, etc. Nick also made himself available to me whenever I had any questions either by email, phone call or even text! You just don't get that kind of service everyday!

I came to Betten Baker on Saturday, Sept. 23 from Portland to buy a car. My salesperson was Anthony, and he was great. After looking at several choices, Anthony found the perfect car for me. The finance team also was very knowledgeable and will work hard to find you the best deal out there. I would definitely recommend this dealership in general, and Anthony specifically, for any of your automotive needs.

Went to Bettenbaker because they had a truck that caught my eye and had a fair price on it. I ended up buying truck, the following day someone pointed out a stone chip in windshield that I didn't see, and found another very minor chip about a week later. I returned to the dealership as soon as I seen first chip. After a month of getting the run around they called and told me that they were not going to do anything about the window. Also, the rear window deicer didn't work, and these are suppose to be certified vehicles, I don't think so. I will never do business with them again If you do business with them BEWARE. Only gave then a half star, and why it showed four star I don't know.

I bought an inexpensive used car from Betten. The car was sold "as is" so I knew there could minor issues with the vehicle but I was alright with that. After I got the car home and noticed the Fram oil filter so I started looking a little closer and found many issues that should have been addressed by the service department. I understand the car is older with over 100,000 miles but you would think the service department would do a simple inspection and make sure the vehicles service is up to date before putting the vehicle for sale.

I live over 80 miles awayso James had drivers bring the car to me, just so I could make sure I loved it before buying it. James and Zack answered all of my questions, day and night. They all work very hard as a team to make sure that you're 200% comfortable before purchasing. I am so very satisfied and in love with my new vehicle! They truly went above and beyond.

STOP looking at other dealerships and come here. I can't stress that enough.

I found myself coming here after I was in a car accident and had my car totaled, so I was in the market for a new one. The salesman I worked with (Tyler) was a pleasure to work with. He wasn't pushy, and took EXCELLENT care of me.

Additionally, the finance manager, Zack, was AMAZING. I can't thank him enough. My credit has taken a few hits recently, so I was very worried that I wouldn't be able to get a good interest rate on whatever financing I could obtain. He made FIVE calls to find the best option for me and found one that was below 4%---while other lenders were either unwilling to finance me, or wanted at least 8% in interest.

I remember Zack saying, while he was preparing all the paperwork for my purchase, that the employees at this dealership are able to sleep well at night because they know their hearts are in the right place: helping the customer the best they can. I know that probably sounds kind of cheesy, but I have no doubt it's true. I can't thank them enough for making the process of getting my new car so easy. I was back on the road in no time!

We found out about Betten Baker a little over half a year ago looking for a car for my dad. The used car they sold him still runs like new to this day and we couldn't be happier. I started taking my personal car there shortly after to get some work done. More recently I met up with William who helped me find my first new car purchase. Weather you speak with Julie who helps set everything up, Lee in service, or William in sales I have had nothings but nice and understanding people who are willing to listen and help. Most recently I met Caleb and his manager in the body shop who helped remove a few scratches on my new car. I was hesitant they could get the job done to my liking but they knew exactly what to do! It's awesome that they even have a great body shop to go with! The prices are always more than fair and the service is top notch! I live in the Grand Rapids/Ada area and the drive to Coopersville is well worth it! If your looking for a new car, a repair or anything else car related Betten Baker is the first place I think of now. Check them out, they are amazing and will treat you well and get the job done perfectly!
